I don’t typically leave a negative review unless it’s absolutely necessary. This is one of those times. Been here several times, and each visit has been unacceptably slow for a “fast food” restaurant. During my latest visit, the wait time was almost 15 minutes with NO cars in front. There was no explanation of why my order came out late, just a half effort apology. Unacceptable.

Went to get an order. Had to tell the guy my order 4 times. He couldnt even comprehend what i was saying. He only handed me half my order then when i asked for the rest of my items it was like he didnt even know what was going on. The employees looked like they were all high or something. I asked him 6 times to take the fulñ glass of ice and fix it since i had ordered light ice due to sensitivity and he ignored me. It took him 20 minutes to ring my order and charge it then hand me a whole wrong order. I will never come here again.

Here’s the deal, we placed an order for chicken strips, and they were mixed with spicy chicken strips. Not only that, but they were definitely cooked in oil that clearly needed to be changed. This was a quick reminder on why we no longer go to Jack in the Box.

An employee was very helpful in explaining a common issue that I have at fast food restaurants. Not just this one. I’m of the opinion that no bun should be offered sans sauce. But this isn’t always offered. But the employee explained to me what sandwiches come with sauce on both buns. I think it would be great if we could check a box on the app in order to make this a reality. Currently, I can ask for heavy mayonnaise or other sauce. But that doesn’t ensure what I wish to happen.

I got the Ribeye burger combo, with curly fries and a sprite. I ask for no tomato and no onion, and these incompetent workers took the lettuce off of it and left the tomato on, plus when i looked in the bag, the fries weren’t even in the little bag, it was just everywhere all over. This isn’t the first time either, im just fed up at this point, they need a whole new staff.

if it were possible I would do less then one star. They just sent me buns and three slices of cold cheese when i ordered a breakfast sandwich. the tacos were crushed and had no meat, and the shake packaging was not on properly. I work in food and its not that hard. how does this even happen, you need to actively try to do this bad.
