Drive-through service was quick, accurate, and professional. The double cheeseburgers were made and wrapped perfectly. However, the burgers were not hot – the cheese didn’t even melt. Something magical is lost when the meat has no heat!

I don’t want to be overly harsh but this location is a struggle. I got what I can only assume is food poisoning/food borne illness from the fish sandwich (it was cold, stale, I shouldn’t have ate it) last year so I avoided this place like the plague. Then on a whim my son decided we needed BK for lunch. I figured we could go back since they turn over in these places is so high the result will surely change.

Our experience was definitely not good today. They served my daughter nasty looking Chicken Fries and refused to give me a refund. This seems very short sighted, because they certainly lost any future business I would have brought their way.

The food is good but everything else seems to be broke. One time I went and the card terminal was broken. A big sign on the door would have helped out in that situation. Another time — two weeks after the remodel — their ketchup dispenser was broken. How are you going to survive with busted card readers and ketchup dispenser if you’re a fast food joint? As for the staff, I know it’s not satisfying work but if you hate it so much that a complete stranger can read it on your face, maybe you should go elsewhere to work.

Service is consistently slow, fries are consistently cold, but the other food is ok most of the time. We still go here sometimes mainly because it’s cheaper than most places to feed both the vegan and the rest of our family.

It’s Burger King. The food isn’t that thrilling, but it certainly met my expectations. The service was a little slow but they were doing the best they could. They said a team member had failed to show for their shift. They had to lock the lobby while we were in there because they couldn’t handle the load with the absent team member. As I said, though, they were all trying very hard and I think given the circumstances they were doing a great job. The lobby was even clean and well stocked.

By far the worst burger King I’ve ever ate at. One my workers wanted to treat us to lunch from here so we go. We ordered a great amount but got told to wait for fries. I don’t mind I get it things happen it gets busy what ever I get it so we waited. On the way to the site my coworker eats one of the fries and it’s cold. We get to the job site and every sandwich was wrong and our sizes of fries were too. I call and they said they would replace the other tomorrow. We come and I can hear them talking about all the food. We get back to the site and we were missing a sandwich and got 2 custom ones that was just supposed to get one. The fries were fresh though. I didn’t see a point in trying again.
