It was a good time at Long John Silver’s. The food is was crunchy and hot, the service was energetic and I left satisfied with my meal as customers rang the bell on the way out. Would have given 5 stars but the price was a little on the high side.

Made an online order for LJS, got to the store, the Lobby is locked closed, tried calling the store, “all associates are busy assisting other customers, call back later”. Waited in line at drive thru since that was the only option, waited 15 minutes. Got someone’s attention at the window. Was told they are closed and need to get refund. Someone else came to window, told the first guy to closed the window cause they are closed, I asked her about my online order and she gave me part of my mobile order. Out if hush puppies which is one of the main things we wanted. Very disappointed in this place.

Stay far far away from this place! I paid for my order at the window, they made me pull around to the parking lot, where I have been waiting 35 mins and still no food! They were out of sweet tea, out of pepsi/mountain dew. I asked for tarter sauce and of course..we are out! Never again! Should have read the reviews first!

This location is the absolute WORST! I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed SOON and ALL of the employees AND managers lost their jobs! They’re very inconsistent and unprofessional, and there’s always an issue with them either not having enough food or staff on duty to open the inside. Yesterday, I stopped by and they were closed due to an “electrical issue”. Good professional customer service has gone to the dogs these days, and this location is the perfect example of that!!! *smh*

Emanuel rocks! He should get a good raise! We ordered online but it didn’t come through so he took it in his head from showing/telling him about email receipt and he got it all together for us as fast as possible! It took a while but he was super cool and helpful and informed us it would be a little bit but he did great! The food was excellent, we got a super sampler platter, a family fries, a cheesy coney dog, 2 fish combo with a pop, 2 orders of fries for the platter (they were out of green beans and the unhelpful manager wouldn’t let him substitute for onion rings but he still did freaking awesome!) and a Root Beer Float (for my birthday ). Thank you, Emanuel!!!

This has to be the WORST drive thru in the entire St. Louis metro area. Do not…I repeat…DO NOT enter that line unless you have a full 45 minutes to dedicate to waiting for your food. Understand that you may STILL drive away empty handed, even after all of that dedication.

Very poor experience. We ate here shortly after they opened and they were out of French fries but there were no signs or other communication about that until we got to the counter with a toddler that was ready for fries. They also had applesauce on the menu but none of the employees knew it and they seemed like they had never had it in store. They were also out of mugs.

I ordered during shift change so my order got lost during the swap but once I told them I was still waiting the oncoming crew got me right. They were young adults so I get it, my food was good by the way. Had enough leftover for my late night snack too.

Horrible experience! We spent 15 min in the Drive Thru just to pull up to the window to have our order taken all over again!!! Then we had to pull around to the front to wait for food!! The kid at the window was clearly new and there was nobody in site helping him!
