Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

8/16 2PM everyone scheduled to be working right now has an attitude. I mean rolling eyes and all. Was totally ignored upon entry until I spoke up only to be told to go to the register for pick up. No signs indicating pick up location so I stood in line like any other average person would. Had I not even said anything I wouldn’t have been greeted. Absolutely disgusted, no wonder why southington has better reviews. Staff sucks! Won’t be going here again. Literally hot grinder now cold for the unnecessary wait. All it took was for a reach and I could’ve been in and out. But, almost 5-6 minutes in line before I decided to speak up and receive acknowledgment for my presence because the staff can’t take 3 seconds to say “hello, picking up today”Some people hate their jobs and the employees there you could tell didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t even busy. Horrible job Bristol. Pick better staff!

Always good. Consistently. It’s their bread that separates them in my opinion. I ate 1/2 my sandwich the day I bought it and the other half the next day at lunch. Absolutely no soggyness. None. That’s major, or preservatives, I don’t know.

Love the subs, but I dislike going to this location. The atmosphere is miserable at best. Not one person cracked a smile for the whole 10 minutes I was there. And they talk to you as little as possible, I wasn’t even sure my transaction was over, no “you’re all set”, no “you want a receipt?” Nothing! Makes me not want to go back honestly.

Had the tuna grinder. They put very little tuna, just spreading a coating of tuna. I had to request more tuna. Cheese was not included. Had lettuce and pickles. The only things with any taste were the pickles. Very expensive for a “sandwich” with nothing in it. Won’t eat there again.

The food was great but the issue I had was the service, I ordered via there app for pickup and was given a time it was supposed to be done and I got there about 2 min early then spent about 9 extra min waiting for a bunch of orders for what I think was door dash to finish and then I was given my food and I left. Other then that the place was pretty cold.

My review is strictly on take out and delivery orders, I have not went into this specific location to place my order. Every time I have ordered my go to order the California Chicken Cheesesteak I cannot complain it has been consistent every time and delicious! Yes their prices are higher than most, but I am aware and strictly go there for the one grinder I know I like! Their brownies and cookies are very good as well which are David’s Cookies brand so that’s why! They also have a specific soda brand Stubborn that is really good their Rootbeer and Agave Vanilla Cream are very good give them a try next time if you haven’t already! Most of the time I get delivery but we did pick up an online order once and never had an issue with that order or with waiting! My orders have always been correct and never taken that much time to arrive, so I cannot complain about this Jersey Mike’s location for takeout or delivery!

Being a former manager of a Jersey Mike’s I was severely disappointed. I walk in the shift leader or assistant dropped what she was doing for a milk shake from her boyfriend. Was one of two people in line and online orders seemed more important ( two online orders). Waited 10 min before being asked what I wanted, seemed more into drama between coworkers.When I asked for a California club I was told wasn’t sold here..ok no problem . Over slice subs no banter, flat cold sub bread, and no knowledge of the number of the number 12.7 people working and phones ringing constantly.I’m worried this isn’t the image Jersey Mike’s wants. Really dissatisfied

I usually visit Jersey Mike’s to get their grinders. Always tons of meat and basically the same every time. Today however I had to call in my order because I was in a hurry on the way home from work. It was more convenient for me to order and have it ready when I arrived then to go inside and wait for it to be prepared. BIG MISTAKE!!! Both my grinders have like half the meat they usually do on them. They are so skimpy and I feel completely ripped off spending 22$ on these 2 regular sized grinders. Very disappointed! Would not recommend any order that you do not watch them making it in person.

Went here three times. All three times I ordered a 43, and a veggie. The first time I ordered online and received something with jalapeños and no sauce, and a veggie that was absolutely soggy. The second time I figured if I went in it would be better, but no. My 43 had hot sauce mixed in, and the kid on register handled my sandwich with money hands. Third time’s a charm right? No. The line was long and I really couldn’t figure out why, the more people the worse the service. Would not recommend.
