Not very good especially for how expensive it was. The tables were dirty. Service was very slow and the manager just sat in the corner on a laptop instead of helping out the staff. Next time I’ll just cook some Tyson boneless wings at home, put whatever sauce I want on them and save $50.

First off I would like to begin off with saying that I am not a big fan of any Domino’s wings Pizza hut wings Buffalo wild wings. I’m from Houston Texas we have many variety of wings. With that being said when it comes down to it, Wingstop is always one of my favorites. Their local wings from Houston which I go to first. But if I can’t make it in time Wingstop never lets me down. And neither did this Wingstop have Roswell. I drove 50 minutes from Artesia, New Mexico just to eat their wings on my lunch break. They were unable to accommodate me because they were so packed that they forgot to put my order in. That did not stop them from giving me great service and for filling my stomach with my craving of 10 lemon pepper wings hot. A side of fries and ranch and a little queso dipping. I got my usual, a High C mixed with cherry which I was very excited that they had the Coca-Cola machine that gives you options from different types of Coca-Cola’s to different types of pepsis and water as well. High C my childhood drink. everything was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Wingstop for opening in Roswell I will be there on a daily basis.

Last 2 online order pickups have been met with awful customer service. Workers are rude. You have to ask them if your order is ready multiple times before they ever consider asking what you are waiting on. They will absolutely ignore you if you are waiting for a pickup order.

Just sat here for 45 minutes waiting on our order. 2 people that ordered behind us ordered, ate, and left. We asked how much longer and then they proceeded to make our food. Finally we get our to go order and it’s still missing items! The manager on duty asked me if “I was sure our order was missing the sides”…. really??? We won’t be back. What a disappointment. Get new staff and management that is capable of their job wingstop….
