I’m a big Pizza Hut fan, but this first time shopping at the Madisonville store was disappointing. When I first called in to order, the phone was answered, and then immediately hung up. I called back, and I asked where they were located? “Right next to Ingles. We’ve been here since 1984”. I got the feeling it was expected I should have known that. I placed my usual order, and was surprised at the price. It was twice as much as I had been paying at other Pizza Huts. When I picked up the pizzas, the young man running the register seemed to have difficulty. When I got back and tried the pizza it was very disappointing. No sauce was visible, and that is the one thing that sets Pizza Hut apart. It may have been an off day, but it will be awhile before I give them another chance. Fortunately, there are plenty other pizza options in the area.

Pizza hut employee was extremely helpful and nice to me. My pizzas were perfect. They actually had enough cheese on them for a change. The only thing is I don’t like the way the only give you a 1 ounce cup of pizza sauce when it used to be a big 4 once cup. That’s not nearly enough for 5 bread sticks. Also I don’t like having to pay for parmesan cheese when I buy pizza. I just need 4 packets….They got stingy with the dipping sauce and can’t even give u a few parmesan cheese packets anymore.

Ok, to start, they don’t answer their phone. I had to call the call center 3 times, because of a mistake I made, sure, but I was trying to fix it. Over 20 minutes on the phone, no answer. I wanted to change an order that was supposed to be delivered from a pickup, which somehow changed during ordering. I asked for a refund, got the “let me give you corporate’s number” line after the third attempt. Out $111 now. Thanks a lot

I have been sitting in the waiting area of the store for 30 minutes now and not one employee has said one word to me. I can see my order in the heat box and have tried to get someone’s attention but they are just ignoring me.

Day shift team is way better than night shift team. We are making sure we order in the daytime from now on. We have wasted so much money on food from the night shift. You give the driver a 40% tip, you would expect them to not forget half of the things on the counter. And the food was cold. Wasn’t even what I wanted bc at 830 at night, they didn’t have any thawed Alfredo sauce.

It was late around 7:30 and I wanted something to eat. I ordered through UberEATS knowing they have coupons and discounts(big mistake). Pizza Hut had it ready in no time, but UberEats failed to tell me that they have no drivers available in this area. 9:00 rolls around and I call Pizza Hut myself. They inform me they get a lot of orders through UberEATS and nobody ever comes to pick them up. I asked if I could pick it up myself, and they said they would remake it. The man I talked to on the phone was completely understanding. The pizza and breadsticks are amazing. Thank you Pizza Hut, UberEATS…do better!

Nastiest pizza ever was just delivered to my door. We were starving and had to try it. Currently two of the three of us are in the bathroom sick. Called and tried to get ahold of the store, was put on endless hold and no one ever came. They just lost my business. If you want food poisoning order from here!

Stood in the waiting area for a very long time without seeing anyone. A dirty looking employee finally came out and barked in an annoyed tone, “YOU ORDER ONLINE” then hastily handed me my order and walked away without saying a word. To beat it all, they didn’t even get our order right. Stay away from this place.

my pizza was burned and the sauce or topping didn’t even make it all the way to the crust..no garlic butter as usual (that I paid for and get asked if I’d like a sub for it but they can’t refund it). was Luke warm when I got it(I live 5 minutes away and it was in the warmer when I got there). the garlic bread had no seasoning on top. normally I’d have called to complain but it doesnt seem to matter at this store bc the owner of the franchise doesn’t care that they are short handed, outta basic supply…
