TLDR: we made a mistake somehow ordering a pizza with no sauce via app, pretty much all dough, very bubbled. The manager was short, unacomodating, stating it was an easily caught mistake, but it was rather obscure on the app. And we’re out $33 for an inedible pizza.

This location needs to be shut down. Food was cold, no tomatoes sauce on my pizza and the delivery guy was 70 min lost with my order then was very rude and blaming it on building number aren’t numbered correctly. And he can’t see the unit numbers then lied and said someone chased him down the block. I’m going to make sure this store is reported. Already called corporate and will call FDA tomorrow to report them also. I ordered three large pies and Pepsi they I got two large pie no soda. The delivery guy said they probably took it off cause they don’t have Pepsi in store. This store will get shut down.

I ordered two puzzles and two orders of wings to go. Get home to find out the pizzas we’re not what we ordered, and the same goes for the wings. Called the store and asked about my ordered and they told me they didn’t have what we ordered but if we wanted something else then we can order it, pay for it and they will get it for us. Ordered in the front office of an apartment community. Gave exact address and they cancelled our order stating they didn’t know the apartment number. Explained We worked in the office and the lady put me on hold. A manager picked up and told us that the driver went to the door and it was locked and they couldn’t get a hold of us. I let him know that we have a camera on the front door and 5 employees in the office and the driver never came to the door. He continued to argue with me and yelled at me. Worse customer service!
