I’d give it a negative if i could. The women in the drive thru were EXTREMELY rude, only heard 1/4 of the order even tho they repeated it after we said it, the bun on the sandwich had mold on it so couldn’t even eat what they actually heard us order. Poorly run business with rude employees, its no wonder they’re never busy when we go by. Worst experience ever at a KFX

Lady at register didn’t greet me or asked me what would I like to order. I usually don’t eat out and this is one of the reasons why. They hire people with no customer service but when people who have excellent customer service skills they are often underpaid and these are the type of people that get hired. Sad but true!!!

This KFC is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. I’m originally from Hampton and the KFC there is always hot and fresh. I visited this location and it’s one of those split Taco Bell KFC. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with mash potatoes and medium Mountain Dew.

Completely disgusting. Went back for them to give me a new order, these are the photos of the NEW order. Had to cook them another 15 minutes on 400 degrees Just for them to be edible. KFC has let me down completely. Havent recieved a call back from the DM yet either and it’s been a week since this nasty excuse for food…

I just had the worst KFC family dinner ever all 8 pc original recipes pieces were dry inside and out looked and tasted like it had been cooked to death and then sat for hours. To pay 30.00 for dinner you should be able to get fresh fried chicken that has some meat on it but these poor legs , wings etc looked like they came from very small or young chickens. This was a horrible meal got slaw as a side it was dry usually so good , got mac and cheese by mistake suppose to be mashed potatoes and gravy but mac and cheese was the best of theirs we have had. That was the only part of the meal worth eating I dont know about you but noone makes 30.00 of mac and cheese as a meal. Very disappointed of our local KFC this meal goes down as the worst meal to date. Get it together KFC watch your chicken when frying so you dont fry the meat so much that it becomes a part of the skin and dries out completely. A big 0 for tonight id ask for my money back but its not worth the gas to go back to it. Failure. Way to much money for a lil of nothing.

There menu has changed….. but I had a problem with a order but they only replaced HALF of it. My wings was dry as hell this one time AFTET they tried to moisten them in the bbq sauce that didnt cover all the chicken smh.

I ordered food from this location through the app. Everything was alright except my bag of sweet tea. The sweet tea they were serving tasted and smelled really strong like grapes or chemicals. It even burned my throat a little. I went to the location since they weren’t picking up the phone and it was just ringing forever, and I told the sweet cashier lady at the front and she went to ask about it, but the ladies in the back just laughed and didn’t check the tea at all. They replaced my bag of sweet tea with two large fountain drinks, but it’s a little unsettling that they didn’t check to make sure there wasn’t any chemicals or mold in their tea vat making it taste like grapes. Be wary of this location.
