I only found this location a few weeks ago, my wife and I were in the area and stopped by during lunch for a quick meal. We ordered online about 30 minutes prior to arriving, two bowls. When we arrived, we were told the food is being processed and will be done in a minute. After 45 minutes passed (1hr15m after we ordered) we finally received our food. The amount of rice is about half of what other locations provided, and the meat was cold.

This location is great. I’ve never been inside…I always use the drive up chipotlane. Not a fan of the app used to place the order, but the process gets the job done. Food is always done well and prepared on time. Wish they would bring brown rice back which would better serve their diabetic customers. One drive up change I would like to see is the ability to order packets of Tabasco through the pick up lane.

This chipotle is awesome! First off they have a drive thru window which is top choice for when you are on the go. Second the staff has always been super kind and friendly. Third great outside and inside seating. Finally it is a very clean space as well.

I ordered 3 bowls online. When I picked up the order they at first forgot our chips. When I got home I realized all three bowls were wrong. I went back to the store, to get the correct thing, bringing the wrong order with me. The employee told me I’d have to wait and talk to the manager and then the manager told me I’d have to have the employee make it again for me.

Was a good Chipotle in the beginning. However the last few times I’ve ordered my order wasn’t ready and I had to wait for it. I also feel like I got about half of the portion I used to get. Probably won’t go back… See pictures.

Everytime I’ve been to this chipotle it’s always be great! Alot of other Chipotle’s in this area sometimes skimp out on their portions (like sometimes I can still see part of the bottom of the bowl ) but this location has always given me great portions. The food taste the absolute best, and the drive thru is so convenient for a faster pick up! Highly recommend.

We had high hopes for this Chipotle. The Far Hills location has gone downhill over time and when this location opened up we were so excited. Everything started out great, the food is always cooked to perfection and delicious. The people were nice and gave speedy service. However, over the last two months something has changed. While the food has stayed great (the best chipotle in this area in my opinion) the service has gotten rough. Generally people are always nice, but the lady behind the register has been so incredibly rude to us every single time we see her. And it isn’t just us, this behavior is pointed towards every customer and coworker. She and the other associates got into an argument on the line because she was being so rude to the customers. From dirty looks, glaring, rude tone, pushing our bag/drink cup towards us with a nasty face, just zero customer service. Honestly, if she’s there the next time we come in we are promptly going to turn around. While I understand this a fast paced environment and the service isn’t the most important part of the experience, being outright disrespectful to coworkers and customers openly should never be tolerated. I have empathy for the people on the shift with her. This should never happen. It made us very uncomfortable.

Made a request for onions uncooked on my burrito, manager was asked if they could accommodate that. RUDELY his answer was no without looking at the customer. If you hate your job that much, leave. Counter was a mess, they had plenty of staffed but seem overwhelmed, it really wasn’t that busy.

I ordered a quesadilla was the first person to walk in the store at open and sat for 25 minutes waiting for that quesadilla while I watched other online orders being made, I’ve seen the staff cuss out customers and co workers, the staff is always rolling their eyes at any customer asking for anything other tab. Chicken and rice. Attitude is terrible here, so is service.
