We’re near two DQ’s and this location just felt like they had it more together. The food came out hot and correct. The S’mores Blizzard is with the order if you like that classic camping treat.

I believe this location is old Wadsworth and Wadsworth location. My parents and I go to a couple different locations but we actually went into this location and sat down and had dinner. Typical dairy queen what makes this different is you forget it’s there. My kids biggest thing right now is hot dogs they absolutely love hot dogs and walmart was out (really bummed) and we all had to think of an alternative sonic came to mind but then we all realized dairy queen has hot dogs and that was better choice. So that is where we went..

I went on my lunch break and ordered a number one combo no onion with cheese curds. When I left the restaurant I opened the bag to eat my food because I was on my lunch break when I opened the burger it had onions. Which for most may not be a big deal but when you’re allergic to onion it is a big deal. I spent $13 on lunch to only eat cheese curds. When I called the restaurant I spoke to someone who said they were a manager when I explained the situation she says no big deal just come back. Yes it is a big deal because I only have 30 minutes for lunch and they had already taken 20 of it. I wasted $13 and my lunch break. She did not offer any other options It was just barely an oops sorry. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again This is not the first time we’ve had bad service. And a manager who doesn’t know anything about customer service. Thank you for wasting my time and my money

Good desert. Sometimes the ice-cream isn’t as hard as I remember from days past, and portions depend on the person serving you. Friendly staff and any complaints are normally taken care of…if you let them know in a timely manner. Even though I recommend the banana split, they have many other things.

I came in to pick up an online order. I came in and waited in line. When I got to the front, I was told to wait. They got several other people to come up and help with the influx of orders. When one of the employees came back to the register, they started taking the order of the people behind me. I then waited, not making a fuss until they were done. The employee started making those people’s orders when I looked over to the order screen to see that my order was just taken and cleared to give to someone in the drive-thru. Why did no one speak to me, I didn’t cause trouble, and I waited in line with everyone else.

I expect there to actually be candy in the blizzards I order – not just ice cream. That’s the whole point. Especially when I get charged extra when requesting extra candy and they put even less in than normal. Additionally, I ordered an ice cream cake and they never made it and never notified me of their cancellation. When showing the confirmation to the worker they said they couldn’t help me. I recommend going to one of the dozens of better ice cream places that are better run and offer better quality.

Stopped by around 6:45 pm on Saturday to order 3 items from the drive thru. Ended up leaving without my 2 items (even though it is listed on the menu they no longer carry the 3rd item I wanted) after waiting in line for over 10mins. The girl taking orders seemed extremely immature. She was giggling through the entire order and not paying any attention to what I was saying. When finishing my order she didn’t turn her mic off and made it sound like taking my order was an inconvenience to her. I’m not even a difficult customer so it seemed uncalled for and quite disrespectful whether it was aimed at me or not. I’m not sure if she was the black haired girl with the headset that was goofing around with the guy with wavy dark hair who was standing outside the back door. Or if she was the brown haired girl at the window who I watched drop an entire handful of change she was handing to one of the customers ahead of me. After seeing that happen I decided to leave. Hope management can find some competent employees because the ones there now don’t seem to be cutting it.

The first time I drove through I ordered two kids meals and two burgers. They made me park and wait 20 minutes. The second time I drove through I ordered two kids meals and two burger meals. When I got to the window they started giving me the wrong order and I had to correct them. Then they started giving me a different order which was still not my order and I had to correct them again. Then they made me park and wait 20 minutes. If I’m driving through somewhere it’s because I don’t have the time to wait 20+ minutes. I won’t be coming back.

I payed five dollars for a cheese burger with everything on it. I got home and there was just a lil drop of ketchup and mustard with two very sad pickles. The bread and meat were so dry and old I couldn’t even stomach one bite
