I ordered two Large Ice Latte and coffee roll ..it took 10 minutes to get the order. The coffee roll was dry and I honestly think they forgot to put the expression in the drinks ..I will never go there again…this is the 3 time I had bad things with the Colman street shop….like the old saying …3 strikes your OUT!!!!

Staff had a confrontation with a customer and started swearing at her. Talking about throwing hands outside and beating her up,very unpleasant felt like I was going to be involved or my order was going to be thrown at someone. Will never go back unless that girl is fired.

I suggest to anyone reading this to go to the one in Broad St. Not only does the one in Colman mess up my coffee 3 out of 4 times but the customer service is awful! Don’t get me wrong, there are some nice workers but its not worth going to the one in Colman if everyone at Broad st is perfect.

Great crew here! They work hard and fast! I was 4 th in line and the people ahead of all ordered breakfast sandwiches and beverages as did I, pretty sure I was out the door with food and 2 beverages in about 7 or 8 minutes.

Majority of the time my order is perfect. This time they had made my drink wrong. Went back in and kindly asked for my drink to be remade and they did, it was made correctly then. However I hear the employees talking how they’ve never made that type of drink before and that they were not being trained properly. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!

Three females at the drive-thru working, no good morning, no how can I help you, nothing. Other male employee was behind the counter wearing a black hoodie with his hood over his face. I had a very large order with more than three drinks and they didn’t even bother to put my cups in a cup holder. Terrible customer service. Please re-train these individuals. I work for doordash and don’t have time for the rudeness and slower times. it seems as though employees are not being trained in customer service or how to communicate anymore. That will be my last stop there. Dunkin’ corporate needs to take a look into this one for sure. Wow. The first thing you learn in customer service is how to communicate, how to greet customers, direct eye contact, etc. This was terrible. SMH..

Usually i go to get my morning coffee at this dunkins, but I stopped recently stopped because going to this one in the morning because the customer service is bad. The workers seem rude, they give me my coffee and doneven say anything to me like “have day” or anything. My coffee always taste off like they dont make it right. Recently I started going at night to get my coffee and one person stood out to me is someone named karina. shes always happy and greets me when i see her, she makes my coffee perfect everytime and just seems like she knows how to do her job. Ill be going for my coffee at nights from now on!
