My first time to try DQ here in the US and i love it , they have a good buy for 2 for $5 and it is really good it is like a combo meal for me. My husband and I love it here specially their ice cream in a cone or the blizzard. He likes the hotdog also. Staff are also nice the place is clean and neat

Stopped here while out shopping in the area. We decided to enjoy our treats while outside, the patio was clean, and had a nice breeze. Erica was VERY pleasant, she displayed great customer service skills. She noticed us sitting out on the patio, and by this time the sun had started to come out, Erica brought us ice water (without us asking) next time we’re visiting Louisville we’d stop here. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I think management should be aware… my significant other and I went through the drive through on Sunday, August 6th, we ordered 2 blizzards and 1 cherry coke. We were told they were out of cherry coke then when we got to the window the man that took our order told a coworker they weren’t really out, they just didn’t want to go to the back to restock it. In my opinion that’s lazy and terrible customer service. Blizzards were good though!

I believe 2 three legged cows, 5 monkeys and a dead duck could have done a better job. Didn’t lessen to a single word I said. Do your self a favor DQ. Start drug testing your employees. Cause your boy at the window was on the moon. But no worries. I won’t be going back.

Tashana was amazing but on June4th I witnessed a terrible event. Juan pushed (assaulted) her in front of me and I offered to be a witness for her. He was extremely aggressive because I requested an update on my food. Juan should never physically put his hands on anyone. I truly hope she followed up on this. Juan is rude and should not be a manager.

No one had on gloves, didn’t put my banana split in a bag, spoon was dirty, touching their hair and NO GLOVES! The fries and cheese curds were under cooked. Gave me a cake that I didn’t order, I asked for the circle cake on the banner they had outside and was given a big chocolate brownie ice cream cake. Was very unprofessional and not clean. I took the cake anyway but it wasn’t what I asked for.

Hash browns were not cooked completely, cold and falling apart. Bacon was cold. Breakfast burrito was absolutely disgusting! Sausage on biscuit was burnt & so hard. Biscuits in the biscuit & gravy were hard!
