Stunningly bad. Overcooked, dry and I ordered and paid for sausage and pepperoni. It’s right on receipt. Came no sausage. And the real problem is you get sorry and excuses not a resolution or refund. Wow!

Overall the service was pretty good. The chicken wings could have been a bit bigger!! The smallest I have ever seen at any location that I have visited. They never bake the subs long enough…half cooked on the bottom..always!! And I asked to be sure it was well done. The tables could have been wiped off. The restroom was clean enough. In my opinion this franchise needs store upgrades, especially the decor.

Normally really awesome. But past few months they have been going down hill. Ordered delivery, combo sub, 1 pizza half cheese half pepperoni. I leave to run an errand, partner calls and says sub is chicken parm and no one will answer his call. I go to store and thankfully they fix the sub……get home and pizza is all cheese, no pepperoni. I know help is hard to come by, but I’d rather wait a bit longer and get correct order than food be rushed and things wrong

Worst location in the county. The chain itself is great however this location will leave you feeling ripped off. It took 3 bad experiences over the course of two months for me to break and leave this review. I used to like to order from this location. Normally a great choice, however this time like the last two have been unworthy of consumption. One pie burnt through while the other was over cooked as well and had season from crust on the bottom of the box a non exaggerated amount on the pie itself. I will stick to Marco’s or simply any other option for my Niceville pizza selection.

The curb-side pick-up was a complete fail. Despite me pressing the “I’m here” button on my order page two separate times 10 mins apart and getting an automated acknowledgement, they never brought it out. They said about 20 mins and I was there early, but seemed busy so I was patient. 45 mins after my order submission I went inside to check and my order was sitting on the shelf. The cashier said they try to observe the curbside pick-up option, but they missed it.

I called in at 10:40 this morning to order 8 pizzas for my company. While I’m aware they don’t open until 11, as a courtesy we have always called in early as a consideration to Hungry Howies so they have a head start. The gentleman who picked up the phone was disruptively rude and said, “Ma’am, we don’t open until 11 and we’re extremely busy with a large order right now”. No friendly greeting or anything whatsoever representing good customer service. Obviously they were taking orders, just didn’t want to assist in taking mine. I was very disappointed, we’ve always enjoyed this location in the past but will no longer be ordering. You guys can do better. You just lost a frequent customer who always have large orders.

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years since the time I moved here and my husband was a customer for many years before that.. Food and service were always excellent 5 stars++ BUT two weeks go I ordered a pizza with everything on it just like always and there was almost nothing on it and the crust was too thick and gummy…but I know things happen and everyone has a bad day…the other day I called and ordered another the same way and even told the man who I spoke to about the problem and asked to add more toppings and I would pay the difference..He did charge me for extra cheese. what I received was a thin crust that was half cooked, tiny bits of peppers, onions and a little cheese..no meat..
