I don’t go to Dunkin’ that much. It’s been quite awhile since I was there. Not a fan of the redesign. Selection of doughnuts seemed much less than I remember. Not a fan of the kiosk-seemed like the wait was longer. I get it, between drive thru and on line orders, they were busy. It just felt very impersonal to me. It was clean and bright. And it was interesting seeing how those who work there really hustle!

It’s the first time in ages that I ordered inside instead of the drive thru and I was so impressed by the staff. Everyone was moving like a well-oiled machine, buzzing along preparing orders. It was early on a Sunday morning and although there weren’t many folks eating inside, the drive thru was packed. Great work to management and staff!

It’s the only Dunkin around ,trying to get into drive through can get dangerous,food is never hot enough , depending on who is working really depends how you will get your stuff there’s to men there with reddish hair that look like brothers they are awesome always get your order right and if by some chance they don’t they fix it ! Now some of the other workers just never get right and when u tell them they don’t want to do nothing to fix it and then they want to charge u again ,I don’t have a lot but I always try to take care of people that do there job and I will always go out of my way to write a great review!!!!!

Wow. What a horrible experience I had. Actually the last few times have been horrible. Since they remodeled everything has been slower and more frustrating. the drive thru was backed up a long way so my son & I decided to go inside to order. Well that was obviously the wrong choice. All the workers inside were focusing on the drive thru orders meanwhile the inside customers that HAD to use the kiosks we’re waiting over 10-15 minutes for orders while they were just pushing drive thru orders out the window. Not 1 person getting inside orders ready. There was a couple peoples inside asking me how long I’ve been waiting and I said 10 minutes and we both agreed that this place has gone downhill since the remodel. Everything is GRAY, cold and depressing. What happened to pink and orange Dunkin colors? Anyways, I Couldnt win either way – drive thru or inside. I am a loyal Dunkin customer and ever since the new remodel things have gone downhill and FAST! There are now 2 windows which you’d think make things easier and faster. WRONG. Complete opposite. I’ve never sat so long waiting for my items to come out the window. A simple coffee and donut and I sat here for almost 5 minutes. You apparently can’t even talk to a person to put your order in anymore. It’s all kiosk and card only. What a major inconvenience. And I feel horrible for all the older people that don’t know how to use the kiosks, poor things will have to ask for help when all they use to do was actually speak to someone and order a coffee. What’s happening to our world ? Everything is so impersonal anymore. Cmon Dunkin. What happened to personal interaction.
