Didn’t receive a good customer service. Order dozen donuts with different flavors but only had four different flavors in the pack. Orders egg and cheese wake-up wrap and got one with meat in it. When I asked to get it fixed, ended up getting an attitude from the team.

How are you gonna give me an empty cup of coffee and then charge me twice for an orange juice. I have the receipt YOU just gave me and you’re gonna argue with me in the drive threw with a big line of cars behind me. You also gave me the most burnt bagel I’ve ever seen in my life. Maybe do your actual job and stop being unprofessional with your customers or your not gonna have any more customers. I’ve been to a Dunkin every day of my life and I’ve never had such a terrible experience. If this had been my first experience with a Dunkin I’d probably never go to another Dunkin again. Very disappointed.

Horrible watered down coffee. It’s like water with cream. I enjoy DD coffee from other locations but this location is just so watered down I can’t drink it. Staff was willing to offer a refund so that was nice.

Been going to this location for 12 years, the quality of coffee and service has gotten horrible over the last 3 years and significantly worse over the last few months. I normally don’t complain but after getting sick from their coffee, I decided to finally leave a review… the coffee quality over the last several times I’ve stopped here has been very poor, tasting watered down… today was the final straw when the cold brew tasted like it was recycled, old coffee that was just put in the fridge, ended up getting sick to my stomach about a half hour after only being able to get 1/3 of the way through it.

I went this morning to get a large cup of iced coffee. The drive thru number is 6641 at 7:42am. I just finished the coffee and there was a silver thing at the bottom of my cup. I am disgusted. I drank the whole cup of coffee and i am sick to my stomach to find a foreign object inside my cup. I will not be going there anymore.

Went to this Dunkin and the manager wasn’t friendly at all. Said the machine he was on wouldn’t except/scan Dunkin rewards. Pretended to scan and kept telling me its was only for points. So I left and went to the Dunkin down the street and got the deal I was expecting. Go to the Dunkin down the street 27W210 North Ave, West Chicago much better employees.

I’m not sure if this location has changed owners, but service has been very poor at least for the past month. There seems to be all new employees, and the ordering process is never smooth. I basically get asked twice while ordering to repeat every single part, it always seems they’re not even listening when you say it the first time. Then you get to the window and they ask you to repeat parts of it AGAIN. I’ve gotten a cold drink after repeating the order (which was hot) 3x. When I order a large, some days I get a large, some days an XL, which isn’t something to complain about but does show that they aren’t exactly paying attention to everything they’re doing. The line is always backed up now, probably because people are having to repeat their orders. It’s just frustrating. Depending on who makes the drink, it never really tastes the same either or is in varying amounts, sometimes leaving a lot of open space at the top. It used to be the quickest place to stop to get coffee on my way to work, now it’s always a headache.

The young lady working the drive thru is rude and bothered by large orders. She interrupts every item you order with “anything else”, was extremely annoyed that I needed to select my donuts instead of letting her do assorted. She told me because I HAD to select my own flavors she has to walk back and forth to take my order. After 20 minutes in the not moving drive thru I ended up leaving. Driving 2 miles East down North Ave, placing the same order with a very pleasant woman (at an equally busy location) who provided me with everything I ordered plus a smile in 5 minutes.
