Just did not give us everything we asked for nor did they give us a receipt. I foolishly drove away without doing an inspection of the items but quickly realized I had no where near the amount of food I ordered. After parking in the parking lot and assessing my missing items I went in and they gave me half of what I ordered and as I had no proof that we ordered more than that because we didn’t get the receipt, after returning to the car I realized we also did not get one of the sandwiches we ordered but at that point it was a lost cause, I moved on and accepted my fate of this Dunkin’ Donuts simply being incompetent and with the knowledge of never returning.

Staff was super friendly. With no air conditioning in the building they were very polite and quick to fill my order. Sonny and Amanda my hat is off to you! The low atmosphere score is due to no air conditioning in the building. Management needs to do something about that quickly

This has to be one of the slowest Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too. Everyone is doing their own thing and I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes before even having my order take . Really hope things improve here.

I normally do not review places but I have been here a few times and I’m disappointed. The employees here are openly arguing and making disrespectful remarks to each other in front of customers. I ordered a Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee and the woman taking my order looked at me like I was stupid until another employee stepped in and said it was in fact on the menu. The two employees later loudly argued over how to make it right in front of the customers.The Baskin Robins section of the store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the woman making waffle cones touched her hair multiple times without changing her gloves. The employees looked very stressed, the store is dirty, and the customer service needs work. Also, every time I come in, I ask if they have blueberry muffins and every time they are out. I don’t know if it’s just a popular pick or if they’re not being ordered enough, but I’d really like to be able to get a blueberry muffin when I come in.

I ordered a medium cold brew specifically with no sugar because I am on a diet and am not eating anything with sugar. The worker gave me my drink and it had foam on top with sugar (which I did not ask for). When I told them I did not want the foam on it, the worker attempted to scoop out the foam, which would still leave sugar in the drink. When I asked the worker to remake it, she gave me attitude and was very rude to me. I am really offended by this because I think she treated me this way because I’m not exactly the skinniest. I am working really hard on this diet and didn’t appreciate being treated this way because something I didn’t order was put in my drink. Basically, this was a very unpleasant experience with this dunkin.

Every single time I’ve ordered from here, unless I’ve walked in—no matter what drink I’ve purchased with whip cream on it they some how never come to me with whip cream. I have to ask them… every single time… and when I don’t ask them they see no problem in giving me a drink made incorrectly… but the food is great there

Workers are very pleasant however they are so short of help, always out of many things, indoors seating is spacious but they never have the tv’s setup and on its been several months since they have so they just need help I believe, which is a struggle for most companies these days

Went to get ice cream …out of bananas…ice cream fell on counter…they never replaced the ice cream…very very very little hot fudge on sundae…said they had no lids…how do they deliver without lids…very disappointing experience…they need to stick to doughnuts and coffee…they have no clue when it comes to ice cream
