Just curious how hard it really is to sauce wings. Spending 50+ on food and getting this is just laughable. Also the sauces were mixed showing even less care put in by whoever made these. Sandwich was good tho. But this is obnoxious. I don’t know what I did to hurt your feelings Wingstop employee but I hope we can still be friends when I’m ready to forgive you for this.

This past weekend, my order wasn’t successfully delivered and although doordash offered to re-deliver my order it was pass 1030pm so went ahead and proceeded with a refund. The next morning, the store manager contacted me apologizing for the delivery mistake and offered to process my refund directly from the store rather than with doordash (which could’ve taken up to two weeks with doordash). He went above and beyond with the service although as I told him I was completely aware that the store was not at fault rather it was a complete mistake from the doordash delivery driver.

The chicken sandwich that I ordered was good and the employees were working hard, but the customer service was awful. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought that the register girl hated my guts — the girls in the back looked miserable, too. It makes me wonder if they are being treated well.

Ordered $80 worth of food for delivery. They did not deliver our food, it was delivered to some random building in a picture that didn’t show the food. Ashly the night manager refused to give us a refund for the delivery fee when we wanted to pick it up and offered nothing in exchange. So we canceled the order. Terrible customer service. Ashly is a terrible manager.and she said we would have to wait for a day manager to refund us.

It took twenty five minutes for a chicken sandwich and expired brownie. McDonald’s does better chicken sandwiches faster if you don’t want them spicy. Pretty Bird does better chicken sandwiches even when they mess up and take almost as long.

Do not go here! Drive a bit longer and go to trolley wing company. I waited 23 minutes in the lobby while no one else was in there while they made order after order to sit on a shelf for pick up. When I got my food the wings barely had sauce on them. Not worth it and won’t be coming back. Wish I could give 0 stars but the minimum is 1.
