The food was good and I spent the third time visiting Ethiopian style cuisine and the restaurant food and ambiance was good.

I’ve been living within a 4 minute walk for over a year now, and only occasionally stopped by for drinks when the other Ethiopian restaurants were closed.

Anjeera was too sour so we couldn’t finish the combo otherwise the food was okay. The neighboring Ethiopian restaurants serve better tasting food.

This was definitely towards the bottom of the Ethiopian restaurants I’ve tried in Seattle. A lot of the dishes just tasted off from what other Ethiopian restaurants have but maybe that’s my personal taste. Their lamb tibs were really good though and the waiter was really kind.

Ras Dashen has great vegan options. I like spicy food and I especially liked the Fir Fir and Shiro Wot. It is communal style dining so make sure you are prepared for that. The honey wine actually tastes like honey, and I really liked it!

We love Ras Dashen so much. The food is amazing, the wait staff has a very friendly vibe. As vegetarians, my wife and I have many many options but the tomato fit fit is a must have 5/5

I went to this restaurant due to a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to try some authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The restaurant is clean, food preparation quick, presentation and service impeccable. I will be going back.

My spouse and my favorite Ethiopian restaurant. Tasty, sharable portions. Also, they have gluten-free teff injera, but call ahead to make sure they have it in stock before placing your to go order. They sometimes run out later in the night.

Ras Dashen is a very pleasant Ethiopian restaurant. The food is delicious, the injera tender, the atmosphere homey but bright, and the staff is always nice. One of my favorites among the Ethiopian restaurants arrayed along Cherry street.
