I am a huge Dunkin’ fan and have been all over the country. I understand having a bad day or being busy. The cashier staff here did not seem happy at all. We tried being extra friendly and she just “mhm” this did not impact the quality of product.

I was just there and the white girl, with long dark blonde hair, who said her name’s Angel, got my order wrong twice and had the audacity to have an attitude with me when I had to go inside for her to correct it. I asked for two cream delights and a chocolate frosted. She first gave me to powdered, cream filled. I gave it back, advising it was incorrect. She tried again. I didn’t realize it was still wrong until I bit into it and realized it was a Boston cream. I specifically said that’s not what I wanted and to top it off, she mixed the chocolate glaze with regular glaze. I went inside and advised again, my order was wrong. She took a deep breath, as if she had the right to be annoyed, asking what the problem was. That’s when she realized she didn’t have what I was requesting but she did have a chocolate glaze and gave me that. I noticed none of the doughnuts had the titles on them. Dunkin, title your doughnuts, so your people can avoid scenarios like this.

Easily the best Dunkin’ for attitude, wait times, indifferent employees and attitude again. I am very pleased at feeling like I interrupt the conversation when I arrive to get coffee. This place is the photo negative difference of chik filet when it comes to customer service. Check it out when you can. Better yet, go through the drive thru as you will have easily 15 minutes to enjoy your experience. Yay

Came in looking for a yummy donut but they were out. it was 6pm. I asked when they close and said 8… For some reason there was 6 employees there, doing what!? because it sure wasn’t making donuts. anyway if you want a donut hole might have a couple of them left otherwise you should try to be there in the morning to get some donuts.

I really like the employees there and I feel like we have to be patient with them too. Especially if you want something fresh. I saw one of the reviews said it takes 10 minutes to brew coffee but it really only takes 2-5 minutes. It must have just been the employee. You have to wait for food, lattes, ect. Life is all about patience. Especially if there’s only 2 employees at night time. But my experience was amazing. They paid attention and listened. I definitely will be coming back.

Unfortunately food chain supply issue. Staff was stressed. No cream for my coffee. Ordered a sugar donut as before but tasted like dry cardboard. So disappointed since I really craved a good cup of Joe. Bummer

The tough Critic
It’s sad because I know who the district manager is and she gave me something on the house once over a hot chocolate not being made correctly the day prior. I don’t think this falls on the district manager but this store lacks character, personality, it’s like nobody in there cares about you or what you want. They seem confused, upset, depressed, and there is no communication at all. The kitchen is all over the place, they take way too long to attend a customer I know it gets busy but hey acknowledge the customer and at least say hey we will be right with you in a respectful manner but not even that. The lines at this place make me feel like I’m at chik fil a like how are they this slow but then it me ! They are severely understaffed. They need to be trained properly, they need to be personable, they need to speak louder so customers can actually hear them and not act shy, Management needs to step in there and lead this team of individuals or I see this dunkin closing soon. This is not a joke it’s actually that bad and I hope people see this for all the right reasons. Stop messing up the orders and pay more attention to what you do so that you don’t have to deal with the result of unhappy paying customers. This place needs more variety, more flavors, more everything man like it just lacks so much and it feels so depressing in this place soon as you walk in. Get it together or you will have to close those doors soon. Im the harshest critic any store has believe me I have time to speak my mind.
