Ordered a BLT, They said okay but the only problem is that we won’t have Bacon Until Tomorrow!!Lol. So I got a ham and cheese on a croissant. The menu picture made it look like it was a warm Croissant. I was surprised to see a good size rectangular bun(?) And it was cold. But it had like lettuce onion and dressing on it. Not really what I was wanting or expecting. I also ordered a med iced coffee flavored. (Tasty) mostly ice thou. She told me the cost was gonna be like 11.60. Wow. Won’t go there again without Coupons. Oh well live and Learn. And by the way, I received coupons with my change. They were for beverages mainly. Hope to receive coupons in the mail like I use to. I have been to Tim Hortons 5 or 6 times. I’m sure I’ll return! Usually I don’t stop because you’re so busy and there are 5 to 10 cars in line and I cannot wait. Just saying.

Asked for half the sugar multiples times before and occasionally they listen and put half the sugar. About every 2 visits they mess it up. Went this time and it’s so sweet I can’t drink it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away like I normally do because it’s basically syrup… if there was a closer place to get coffee I’d go to there instead .

Drinks are often thrown away because they are so gross. You’ll get one good one in every 10 visits. Waste of money and everyone’s time. Shut down and teach employees how to make the freaking drinks.

Staff is friendly and eager but ultimately incapable. Employees are worked beyond what they can handle and as a result service is slow and often inaccurate. Expect to wait. The doughnuts are little more than wet tasteless paste in your mouth. Not much difference from one flavor to another. Far better service and food can easily be found several places just down the road.

The Coffee and donuts is always good. Only thing I wish is I want there to be more consistency among staff members giving first responders (in uniform) discounts. Half the time they give the discount, half the time they don’t. It just depends on who’s working apparently.

The morning shift makes my day! I’ve tried breakfast from most of the other drive thru’s, and they were so inconsistent. I have gotten breakfast at Tim Horton’s every weekday morning for the past 6 months. I’ve never been delayed. It’s a regular occurrence for me to turn off Maple Avenue at 6:17 and be back on Maple with my breakfast at 6:19. My order has been perfectly correct 100% of the time. The employees are fast, efficient and very friendly.
