I had an incredible dining experience at Gregorios in Chatham, NJ. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The bread and sun-dried tomato and roasted beet salad were the perfect start! Our entrees, the pork Milanese and trofie pasta, were both outstanding. The portions were also generously sized. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service that made us feel like honored guests. I can’t praise Gregorios enough for delivering a superb dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a delicious Italian meal. Five stars without a doubt!

This was my first time ordering from Gregorio’s, and I already made a reservation to dine in for later this week to try another dish. I’ve been searching Google maps for restaurants after work and slowly eating my way through Madison, Chatham, and Florham Park for the past year. This restaurant is in my top 5 now of about 20 places I’ve tried. I had the beet salad and rigatoni sausage this time, and both were tasty. The salad was good enough that I actually wish they had a dinner portion that I could order with fish and just make it a meal. The rigatoni had a great balance of the amount of pasta, sausage, and sauce, which has been difficult for me to find since restaurants started cutting back on ingredients since the pandemic to reduce costs. The fact that the taste was delicious was icing on the cake. I think I’ll be going for the risotto when I dine in later this week.

Tommy, our waiter, was so sweet. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We wanted to try out the lighter items on menu, and it didn’t disappoint. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was well crafted. Look at the plating of our food…it was as beautiful as it was devine. Love restaurants who pay attention to every detail. Simply outrageous and will be back. Our boys enjoyed themselves too and my oldest told Tommy, “Our thanks to the Chef!”

The lady couldn’t find our reservation on a busy night! But she did a bangup job in finding a couple of tables and the space to put it all together and having us seated soon enough. Lively atmosphere. Yet, we could chat. Flavorsome food served with a smile made for an excellent evening.

What a disappointment. My husband rarely get an opportunity to have a date night. We came here because of all the good reviews. I ordered a ($13) salad that was tiny and consisted 95% of the core of the romaine lettuce. I think I saw 2 green leaves. The rest was the stalk. I told our server and he said he would mention it but did nothing else. Everything else, including my husband’s risotto was mediocre at best. We will not be returning.

Had a Weird experience here. One of our party wasn’t happy with her dish. She thought it was dry & asked for some butter or oil to moisten it up to make it more enjoyable. The waiter had the owner come over. The owner insisted that’s how the dish is prepared. The Customer acknowledged him and then said it’s dry and she would like HELP making it more enjoyable for her.
