This McDonalds had a weird set-up inside. Not at all friendly or inviting decor. Employees were in dining area sleeping in booth. Service was almost non-existent. 10 minute wait to order coffee – clearly some management issues here. Not even a place we want to go to again.

My app was not working on my phone properly, and I had a question, so I went to the counter. I stood there for a few minutes while the workers stood around chatting. They looked over at me standing there and continued their conversation. After that, I just walked out and went elsewhere. Guess I was better off without McDs, lol

Yeesh, the food was weird! The fries had a strange powder texture on top. Our “sprites” were just carbonated water. My Big Mac was about an inch in total height and had a weird squished bun. The classic Big Mac sauce tasted and had consistency of tartar sauce They forgot the side sauce I requested. With all that, I was glad the bag worked. I still ate it (hungry).

His in the world does it take 20 min for nuggets and fries by now my drink has no ice and I never got a straw for it. Smh do better no wonder y’all have so many negative reviews. Been typing this while I wait. Also word of advice don’t pull 7-8 cars up to wait that’s probably how y’all are giving out wrong orders.

I ordered an egg mcmuffin with bacon added. I rounded it up for the Ronald McDonald house. The sandwich had only bacon. Not added bacon. I didn’t realize it until the last bite. There were 3 managers there. I left vowing to never go to McDonald’s again.

I don’t know why I keep trying to like fast food. Bun was hard, and stale food was Luke warm at best. The service was rude, short, and androgynous. There are far better options to Mc Donald’s especially this particular one.

Every single time at this one location the food and service is the worst McDonald’s there is in Baton Rouge! I use to work for McDonald’s as a teenager and my managers did not tolerate any of this. A girl was laughing on the intercom when I pulled up which caused her not to hear my order I had to repeat it several times. My order was very simple 6 pc nugget small fry. Fry was very crunchy no salt but my child ate it. The nuggets were wayy too hard to endure. Management would you please hire a new crew. Oh and I had to go through the drive thru twice because they had the order wrong.

Worst I have ever experienced. Had to order on a kiosk per note on front register. Only 1 worked. Order wasn’t right that received. No products available to grab that weren’t provided in bag example a straw or napkins.
