Busted knuckle
I don’t know why I expect what I pay for at any fast food joint anywhere at any time. When I work for 11 hours in the sun… in a town I don’t live in and get a burger at Sonic at the end of the day I’m met with a bun, meat, cheese bacon and that’s it! No sauce no lettuce no tomato no pickles no brain cells to even try to make it right are needed yet you still fail. The tater tots tasted like old acidic grease and I’m glad I asked for sauce to mask the flavor and give my burger some. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a place to get food. Go local.. pay the little bit more for real good food made in a kitchen with enough mental capacity to reach the double digits.

I can’t say enough about this location. My Family and I were driving through the area from Ohio, and we started having car issues. I pulled it into the sonic and got snacks for my kids while I looked at it. Turns out the tie rod snapped and we had to get a tow. The staff was fantastic bringing my family water and some food free of charge while we waited in the 90 degree heat for our tow. So thankful for how wonderful they were and helpful in turning a bad situation into a tolerable one, especially for my kids!

So slow took forever to get two teas. One lady carhop came outside to sit at a table then after a while went inside and delivered one order. No one else left the building to deliver any food. They don’t care about the customers. I won’t be returning and I suggest everyone avoid the hassle and go somewhere else. They need to hire employees that can handle orders.

This has to be the worst Sonic. I come by here just for a slush or shake and it never fells to take 20 minutes. The people walk around looking miserable. This will be my last time. I will drive out of my way to go to a better one. It is really sad.

30 minutes for 3 drinks is ridiculous. Then while waiting some friends of one of the carhopps roll up after I set there as she runs out them some drinks. This bs run place I won’t be back.

I only ordered 2 Items for take out at the walk up kiosk and ordered from there after ordering I tried to pay with my card and the Screen was broken, The card reader was not working, I ordered a Cheese Burger with everything and Mustard, Was on the Receipt but the Cook didn’t add I or Mustard packets, Tater Tots were Cold and No Ketchup and No Napkins.

Just ordered the chicken tender meal with fries. The fries were soft and cold and the chicken tenders (if you can call what I got chicken tenders) were about the size of my thumb and overcooked. I paid with my card at the stall and when paying it asked me for a tip before any services were rendered. I guess I didn’t tip enough to get better quality food. I haven’t had much better luck at the Southwest Parkway location either in the past months so I’m just going to avoid Sonic altogether from now on.

Over half of the screens don’t work in the stalls. When ordering through the app you have to drive around till you find a stall that works so you can input the number of the stall in the app. It’s been this way for awhile and is really frustrating.

Drove thru to order a single burger. Waited at the window for about 15 min before someone leaked out and asked what we were waiting on. Have had similar experiences at this location before but this takes the cake. Avoid this location at all costs.

Have had some bad experiences here lately, main problems are its always slow, often long periods where my debit card goes out of sight while food is prepped. Swipe the card hand it back and go to back to work don’t hold my personal bank card in your hands walking around the damn store. Today however took the cake, my wife and I stopped in for lunch placed a quick order for two hamburgers, we waited for 12 minutes to get two hamburgers and some cold fries. I have worked fast food, and 10 minutes for two burgers is absolutely unacceptable, unless the griddle is only big enough for one patty at a time, which would also be unacceptable. I’d hate to think of our wait if they had been busy lol. Maybe teach more of your workers how to cook. There was one just standing at the counter staring out the empty drive through window at us the whole 12 minutes teach her how to slap a piece of meat on the fryer Jesus. Will never return wouldn’t recommend.
