The employees here work so hard and get no love. Everytime we’ve come for breakfast they’re busy and yet we get our food pretty quick. Good spot to get breakfast when you have to be on the run.

The staff here is very unprofessional as they toss the food around in front of the customers as if they were throwing treats to a dog. They are bickering and arguing with each other in front of customers. Management or ownership needs to do something about this situation.

I did a mobile order with inside pickup. Staff greeted me when I arrived. Picked up my drink, then waited for a friend to join me. I ordered her drink on my app and the barista brought it to our table. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great service.

the staff + management are terrible! “ Brandy “ the manager refused to give me an easy time ! &’ her employee told me to circle around the line after I ordered my food and paid for it when there was 4 cars behind me !! Wanted me to go back in line for what ?! absolutely worst dunkin I’ve ever been too !

Old lady at the window this morning around 11:30am on 6/8/23 rolled her eyes and shook her head at me when i held up my rewards app to be scanned. i didn’t even say anything to her except “hi” so there was no need for the attitude. They can’t make simple drinks. all i asked for was a caramel macchiato with oatmilk. they gave me whole milk and made it decaf for some reason ?? and there was no caramel at all. they remade it a couple times and still didn’t get it right. i don’t understand what was so hard about my order ? they never ended up getting it right so i had to fix it when i got home. i come here all the time and order the same thing. they’ve never been consistent with their drinks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to give my order 4 times, they still did not get it right. I know I should have checked before leaving but I was a rush to get on the turnpike for an appointment. My daughter’s vanilla coolatta had zero flavor, pretty much frozen ice.

I love this store! Pretty much every Dunkin I see is super busy these days. This store always seems to have a long line both inside and at the drive thru, but the crew gets it done quick! I always order ahead on the app and choose puck up inside. These guys ALWAYS give a warm, welcoming greeting and 9 out of 10 times, they always have my entire order ready for pick up. It’s amazing how fast they are! For comparison, the store closest to my house is a longer drive and usually not as crowded as this location, but when I go to that store, they’ve never had my order ready – even if there’s no other customers inside or cars in the drive thru. This crew gets it right, provides EXCELLENT customer service, and the store is ALWAYS clean – no matter how busy it gets! I do complain about fast food establishments – a lot! But this store should be a model for all the lazy managers who complain about their stores being short staffed and always busy – that’s no excuse! This crew at Dunkin gets it done! GREAT JOB!

I usually order here the signature caramel craze iced latte with sugar and an expresó shot and my coffee always looks darker than this they literally made my order 3 times I honed believe the new girls in there are just not making the expresó shot correctly because the coffee is watery you barely even taste the coffee in it !!! I really think the managers should check the way they make there expresó shots
