Well, we wont be back thats forsure. Dam teens were beyond horrible smh, service and food, food was cooked lousy and greasy with a ton of salt on it. We waited 30 mins for that. I went inside because in one of my orders there was 5 fries lol yes 5! And an elderly man was sitting at the register upset due to waiting 45 mins for his food they they never made 🙁

Drinks tasted like river water. Told an employee that there wasn’t any ice in soda machine and nothing was done about it.. AC was on in December so the temp inside was slightly better than outside. Food was good.

Poor place only has 2 people working the store. They had the lobby closed due to this, and only the drive thru was available. There was no signage to let customers aware of this, but the lobby doors were locked. Then, before my order was delivered, one worker left, leaving one sole worker. (I do not know the full circumstances of why they left, but it is definately not safe for any line of work to work alone due to saftey hazzards, robbers, etc.)

Maybe it was a slow night, maybe it’s always bad. I waited in line for about 15 minutes after I placed my order to even pay. Once I did they asked me to move forward, no problem! Watched three cars behind me go past with their food. I had only ordered the 3 fish dinner.

All what you read about them is nothing comparing to what I saw there in Morris Il. Location: Elissa the manager is a real trashy ( expect that in that filthy location ), I called her back to tell her about the experience and ho ho she could care less. They gave a greasy food and Cold not hot at all. Fries with one pound of salt on them.

Went inside at about 6 pm and only see 2 children who were sitting at tables with their backpacks, clearly a worker’s children. After a few minutes, a worker who was in the back finally saw us and said only the drive thru was open because they were low on workers but all the food was just made fresh. We went through the drive thru and was told on the speaker that they had no chicken and nothing from Long John Silvers. I said that the other guy said all of the food was just made fresh and he said, “Sorry about that”. We left with no food. Something strange is afoot at the KFC lol!
