It’s ALWAYS packed and the line moves at a snail’s pace. This happens at like 90% of fast food places nowadays. When you refuse to pay your workers a decent wage this is the quality of labor you get. IDGAF if the cost has to be passed off on me the consumer. I just want some decent quality food, made quickly and for my order to be made accurately. I know it’s possible because I’ve eaten a lot of fast food over the past 10 years as a single bachelor who’s garbage at cooking. Honestly things were fine up until a few years ago.

I was picking up my order i placed in the app. Idk if they are short staffed or what. Anybody goin thru the drive thru gets told to pull around and park up front. Think so itlooks like they have super fast drive thru times. Anyways, my $17 order, not one item I ordered was in the bag when I got home. Should of had 2 chalupas 2 hard tacos 2 beefy 5 layer burritos a veggie burrito 2 cinnamon twists 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 sodas. The bag had 6 burritos that were rice and fritos. I hate the stale fritos they put in burritos and would legit never order them. Learned my lesson check the bag at this place.

I came here on a Saturday may 27th in the afternoon around 4pm through the drive through and ordered a Cinnabon iced coffee and it had no ice and was so watered down it tasted honestly disgusting. Also I ordered the Chile verde fries burrito and it was not that. When I opened it, it had beans and meat and I don’t eat meat. It was so gross I threw it all away. I’m pretty disappointed and won’t ever be going back here. I wasted my money and time. Also they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t take it back or ask for a refund

Night crew on march 10th.I asked for 2 plain Quesadillas which were for my kids and the wernt plain they were spicy made my 2 year old throw up . Not happy about that . I also asked for tacos and they wernt in my bag the service here sucked im not going back and i wouldnt recomend to anyone . I even tried calling store no answer

WORST LOCATION IN THE HISTORY OF TACO BELL!!! This location is an insult to the Taco Bell brand name. They always get our order wrong and obviously could care less what goes out the door. What a shame. You try to call their number no one ever answers. They are obviously not answering because I am sure they get upset calls all the time. I kindly tried to speak to the manager in person (I did not even ask for a refund just simply wanted to kindly express my point of view of their horrible operations). The manager said… “If you arent looking for a refund why am I even talking to you” then she walked away. The poor franchise owners of this location has no clue how horrible their staff is. I can not imagine how much money they lose because the poor reputation and their managers who rather just try to throw money back at people vs solving the real problem.
