I had a great experience tonight at this Sonic. My teenager and I stopped to get 2 of the $1.99 shakes but when we got to the drive thru we were told that they just sold the last one and couldn’t sell any more. I thanked her and started to leave. As we rounded the corner of the building I heard a young lady say, “Wait up! Wait up!” and the young lady came over to our car and handed us some coupons. She stated she wanted us to have them because we were so sweet about them not having the ice cream for the rest of the night. I thought that was very awesome of her to take the time to do that. I feel bad I didn’t get her name but she was a young brunette with glasses. Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding customer service and we will be back in the near future due to the great experience tonight!

This place gets slightly busy and it’s a mess. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and they managed to get that wrong, wasn’t even a large order. Waited over 30 mins for the toaster and tots. The food runner remarked with “I’m only one person.” When asked on the status of the order. Overall a very poor experience for the simplest types of foods. Won’t be coming here again.

Restaurant was only accepting customers and Dashers through the drive through due to not enough employees on the clock. Employee was very friendly and willing to fill my friend’s cup up with water and ice when she asked for it.

The manager Joshua is great, very friendly and eager to help. I honestly believe he doesn’t get enough credit. He closed here last night (great service then by the way) and he’s the only one I see here this morning.. SONIC. give this man a raise he deserves it. I would definitely recommend coming here.. They charged me .30 cents a cherry for extra cherries I asked for 3. The cherry lime made route 44s come with 3 cherries already. They charged me an extra 1$ for nothing. Didn’t receive the extra cherries but they charged me for them. They do this every single time. Might as well not even ask for extra or have them put it in a separate bowl because that’s ridiculous they can just never get it right.

I ordered on the app and it was an extremely simple order. Two medium cherry slushies with extra cherries. I’ve done my time and fast food and I’m familiar with what they do and how they do it. How hard can to read and follow the instructions or two items and completely miss one item? I got no cherries at all in either slush. I have sent two complaints and have not gotten a response.
