7.50$ per lb, big bowls, self serve, good ingredients. The noodles are good but heavy. They weigh your food after cooking so you don’t have to worry about water weight. Rice comes with so you could skip noodles and save money. Mine came out a little salty, will cut soy sauce to one scoop. I packed 2 grip of beef, 2 pork 1 lamb, light veggies onion spinach sprouts bell pep mushroom pineapple. 2 grips of noodles. 2 scoop garlic water, 2 ginger, 2 chili oil with flakes (stir the bottom), 1 lemon and 2 soy. Total 2.5 lbs, 20$ after tax. Added the sweet sour sauce at the table to cut the salty. Delicious, good staff, clean place, will come again and try using less noodles, less soy and take free rice.

Well first, we asked for the rice that came with our bowls and the cashier working at 8:00pm on 7.13.23 told us they were out of rice. Which was fine, until we saw that they indeed did have rice they just weren’t put in the little boxes prepared for the cashier. My boyfriend asked again since he saw the man preparing the boxes, and she again said no. It was so odd. We noticed a customer got rice… So, then my boyfriend went up to the register to ask for the rice and she charged him $5 for 2 containers. We were confused because we thought the rice came with our bowls as stated on the website. Then, we noticed a few customers after that she gave the rice to them with no charge? I don’t know what her deal was, but we don’t be returning.

Decent was edible but too expensive. I think I was over charged because my son only got about 25 shrimp and the weight showed 0.68 lbs but my receipt showed 1.63 lbs. The soda also was bad tasting. Not coming back to this place.

The wait was 15 min for opening week. There is a good variety of veggies and meats, but I give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars because the food lacked any flavor. That is also after I drowned my food in sauces before cooking, so I am not sure what went wrong? They charge by the pound…I paid $52 for a family of 4 and 2

Came back to try this place again after having it 1 time, I remembered it being a great experience. Today wasn’t the case & it’s really not that serious honestly but I was dissatisfied honestly & I wasn’t the only one. Walked in & see that you have to walk up to a screen to order, which is fine but then a older couple next to me ordering on the screen, was having difficulty knowing how to work the screen & how to finalize his transaction to pay. He tried to ask an employee for help but his description of directions only confused the guy more. I kindly asked the lady if they would like help. I clicked a few buttons for them & they were very appreciative, they expressed the fact that they strongly dislike the use of the screens. They rather be interactive with someone & even knowing what your food is going to look like. Moved on to finally waiting & just so happens that this couples order was ready, as the gentlemen gets his order, he asked for a receipt & the employee let him know they do text or email & the customer was just baffled. Finally someone came over & helped get him a paper receipt. As I was waiting for my order, it started to get busy & I overhear almost every customer express the same dislike of the screens. I guess the point of my review is just to say that technology doesn’t always make everything better.
