The atmosphere at this Hook and Reel is so nice and you get greeted by Jack Sparrow! The dining area is very clean and has a cool ocean decor. You can tell the owner put a lot of love into this restaurant. Our hungry group didn’t have to wait long for the food to arrive. The seafood was cooked just right. We had the hook and reel and lemon pepper sauce. I LOVED it. It was not too light or salty, it was just right.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at Hook & Reel! The decor was beautiful. We were seated promptly and the food was delicious! I had to get used to eating with my hands but my son thought it was super fun!!! Will definitely come back again!

Food was great. Fries really good. Service wonderful. Pretty cool decor on the inside. Bathrooms are pretty much like most. Can never be too clean. Love that we can draw on the table paper. That was fun with the kids. Bring pens for adults because we can have fun as well!! Our server even ran outside in the cold to bring us a phone that one of left behind. We will go back again. Prices are fair.

Not sure what’s going on but the last three times I’ve been there, the food has not be good. I order the seafood boils. Shrimp isn’t fresh (tasted like frozen, rubbery and did not taste like they were steamed with the sauces The potatoes doesn’t taste the same and they changed the sausage. I’m not sure what’s going on but this was one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, I’ve decided that I’m not going to spend anymore money there

This place deserves more then 5 stars! We don’t go out……. Much as a single mom, we can’t afford it very offen. The prices here were affordable. The service was perfect and atmosphere was fun and inviting. All my family and friends that come to visit will definitely be eating here! My nine year old daughter wanted crawfish to try for the first time, and she absolutely loved them!!!! My 9 year old also got to try raw oysters For the first time, it was great!!! Lol

We were there as a group. The service was great. However, the food did not come out together as it should. Also, my corn on the cob was Cold and I sent it back. An order was wrong as well, and she had to wait as most of us were finished eating.

Loved this place. We went here for Valentine’s Day. We were greeted at the door and they sat us down right away. We did call for reservations first. Once seated the waitress Stephanie came to our table and made sure were taken care of with our drinks and appetizers. It wasn’t much of a wait to receive our items. My husband got the crab fries and I got the calamari. It was good size appetizer and it was delicious. We both ordered the combination of 2 sea food platters. I got the Dungeness crab legs, shrimp with sausage which was extra and my husband got the snow crab legs with scallops with sausage. Each one also came with corn and red potatoes. They give you crab crackers, bib, wet napkins, salt, pepper, melted butter, and cocktail and tarter sauce. When we finished Stephanie put our leftovers in a bag for us. We really enjoyed this place and I’m sure we will be returning. I recommend this place to anyone who likes seafood.

Shrimp was good snow crab was good oysters were decent. Service was the worst I’ve had in years. Reading all the reviews before I went I had high expectations and none of them were met I ordered my drink 2 times never came i went to the bar and got it then the waitress came and said what kind of coke did you want they were just going to send you a regular coke. Capt and coke easy as it gets. But thank you i went to the bar and got one. Oysters cone out with no fork. Not busy at the restaurant very poor upkeep with checking in on the table . I sent the kids to find the waitress a couple times. Crab legs come out with no crackers. Ordered old bay food was cold by the time that came the sauce was supposed to have it in it. I expected alot more for a 300 dollar tab. Hopefully this is a one time thing that happed to me. Also my wife order a drink that was advertised with a floater long story short they don’t have floater tubes what a circus act that was trying to communicate that. Was supposed to be a nice family dinner that was just an absolute terrible experience. But the snow crab and shrimp are pretty freaking good nice size not over cooked. Just terrible service terrible vibe.
