Midlife Crisis
The manager is lazy and extremely rude!!! Ordered online, and it didn’t go through the store but charged us. We went up to the counter to say we had an online order, and before we could even say anything, this lady says in a really nasty tone, “You can just use the kiosks RIGHT behind you to order !” We told her we had an online pickup and she said it wasnt there, so we explained that it charged us for the food and she said with a really snarky tone “well I don’t know what to do about that” and just stared at us we asked to speak to a Manger (which ik sounds like a karen but it was a big amount spent and we were nice about it) and the manger said we ordered from the wrong store (which if you look up the store number on google maps it takes you to parkway which ik for a fact is the taco bell i ordered from soo idk ♂️). The manager said it was the taco bell down the highway but didn’t say what the address for it was. ( To me, it just felt like he was saying whatever trying to get us out of the store) we called around to other taco bells, and they all said they didn’t have it. Anyways, we end up trying to order online again but at a different location (tallmadge circle ), and the same thing happens(not to self and those wise enough dont order taco bell online lol). we expect the same experience, but when we go in, we are greeted with “Hi! I can help you over at this register!” we explain to this guy what had happened and he checks the moniters and asks (im assuming) his supervisor about it and then a women comes over says “hi” we explain again and she says that since the app is a third party there isn’t anything the store itself can do but she can order the food best to her ability (the boxes we ordered were online exclusives) and then she even offered to help show us how to get a refund for the wasted money I wish I had caught her name she was amazing (she was blonde and had piercings). This is exactly how easy it is to show kindness! (The people over at tallmadge circle handled this with responsibility and respect) She was super polite, and the people over at Parkway (especially the manager ) had no right to be rude for something that was nobodys fault but a glitch in taco bells system! Another thing I’ve gone through the drive-through before and it’s always slow, and I have been told to wait at the speaker after completing my order, which is just inconvenient and holds up the line for everyone else. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Just do the extra drive to the Taco Bell on the tallmadge circle. It’s so much better, nice staff, clean restaurant, food is always done on time.

They are always closed, but leave the lights on to look open. But moment you come up to the drive-thru there is a sign, I came at 8:30pm. Is the 5th time this has happened in the last month. Food isn’t the best, they cheap out. If you happen to catch them when they are open, but don’t hold your breath. They are rude and very disrespectful, one of the worse locations. Save yourself the headache go to the one on Tallmadge circle, they are nice and food is always good!!!

Was forced to use the kiosk and was paying cash no one told me that I had to inform them that Im trying to pay with cash. Waited 35 minutes and no one took my money. Finally paid and then 10 min later they tell me they are waiting on fresh chicken and it would be 20 min . Asked for money back. it was $21.76 and she refunded me $20.76 . Didn’t notice till I pulled out so I called the store . Manager said what you want me to do I gave you money back . I said but you shorted me $1 . Asked if someone else I could talk to she said no just me . I said what about a corporate number she told me they’re not corporate but they’re a franchisee and they don’t have a corporation. So I asked for her higher up manager and the name and the hours they would be in and who is the owner and she told me to find it online myself it’s not her job. I will never return to this Taco Bell and I’m still calling the corporate office and I’m going to complain because if they aren’t corporate they’re making Taco Bell look bad

Will not visit this location again! It is 1 mile from my home and I will still go to the one on the circle instead. They forgot a couple of my items and when I asked them about it , I was basically called a liar in front of my daughter and had to bring the food and wrappers from our table where we were dining in the dining room to prove myself. They found my items on the warmer where they forgot to bag them.

If I could give them zero stars, I wouldn’t show them mercy with a zero. They’re constantly closed when they’re supposed to be open. Their lights are on to confuse every customer and delivery driver. Just stop at the roundabout Taco Bell in Tallmadge. They’re more likely to be open and treat you like an actual customer. Even when they are open, they won’t inform drivers when orders stop coming in. They need to update their Google page and be more responsible. Just avoid going there, because they’re a hit-or-miss.

This location is an absolute joke. You’re lucky if the place is even open during the normal hours listed right there on the door. I’m unsure if it’s poor staffing quantity, or quality – but I’ve been burned enough times by this place that I’d rather just drive a farther distance to another location than even bother with this one.

My family left after we tried to order using the each of the kiosk tablets. Each one crashed when we tried to order. We tried to get the attention of a person, but they did not reply. We have had poor experiences at this location in the past.
