They do not take their own coupons or promotions, their phone doesn’t work, and the one time I had them deliver an order the driver lost half of it and (conveniently) also lost the receipt! Never again.

Bad service, there was several ants in my sandwich and it would crumble apart everytime i would bite into it. NEVER again, they need better employees.

Clean and attentive staff. Always courteous staff. Veggies are fresh and have never walked away disappointed. Only knick is they do not honor Subway coupons but I respect that having been a small business owner at one time. Family friendly and worth your business.

I eat at Subway across the NW. Generally service us very good. This location missed the target. The woman taking my order did not let me finish my order. I asked for deluxe and got meat to barely cover the bread and 3 pieces of cheese. I asked for salt and pepper, did not get that. Did not cut the sandwich. No napkins. Wished I forgot to tip. No salt and pepper packs or napkins available. I will never go back again. NEVER.

Surly, cheap, and petty, but the subs tasted like stuff we could make faster at home with less drama. Every request received a simmering stare and judgement before execution. Like we should feel bad for asking for a sub to be toasted. This continued through to the condiments, done with a sarcastic flair before throwing the bottles back into the bins extra hard. The final touch came with the coupons, contradicting what was printed. “Oh, we don’t accept those” “They apply to cold cut subs only” “Can’t accept more than one at a time” “Franchise owner makes the rules.” I get it bro, it’s the end of your shift, and you want us to walk out, leaving these four foot longs for you to take home. Not coming back – plenty of competitors that treat us real well out there.

A good sandwich, made they way you want it. These franchises are exactly alike (within a few hundred square feet) in every detail. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. McDonald’s has more variations in restaurant design than Subway does.

This location is not very accommodating… They do NOT honor a lot of the subway app coupons… Why not? Other locations do… The staff here had to call the owners on several occasions to ask if they can honor the coupons… only to reject the coupons…. wow… not good business sense here.

Cheap place with the workers talking in a different language to each other in front of customers. Very rude and they have lower prices than the other subways because of the lower quality. They don’t even follow the regular sales that all subways have. They change it and limit it, so I had to get a $6 sub with a combo I never get. When the other subways you get a $6 footlong with ANY combo. Wish I would have gone to a different one. Ruined my night.
