So I placed order at 9.30pm still waiting for order. It’s now 10pm and just got food. Fast food my tailed. Then when I said no cheese cause I’m allergic I get a burger with cheese. This is ridiculous. I’m timeto see how long it takes to fix this and if I’m offered anything for inconvenience. Plus not sure if it was manager or regular staff but one of them came out with headset on blue shirt and jumped in car next to me stayed for a bit then went in. Not sure if that was break but it didn’t look good while I waited so long. It came back fast and is hot but outer edges of meat are burnt. I’ve work most my life in food industry and the service and quality of the food is not up to par. But I will say the car hops are very nice and polite even with the wind,cold and rain from the storm. The rest of staff should be checked. I haven’t been to sonic in a long time and I won’t be back not in the Permian basin anyway. Also I didn’t get anything for inconvenience. But that’s ok cause I won’t spend my money here anymore. This wasn’t worth the 7.50 spent on burger. SMH. I also want to add that when bringing back my proff of payment as unfortunately I left my card at home but knew my numbers, I was brought a different Receipt then what I ordered. Hope I’m charged correctly. Can you spot whats wrong? Now what I ordered was tray T1 in stall 21. But hey the other is cheaper so I’ll pay that if that’s what I was charge on card. This many complaints should really be looked into. Just a thought.

Last night’s service was horrible. The guy kept having to fix our order, because he kept putting in our order wrong. Had to fix it 5 times in a row. Like come on how hard is it for 1 small shake and one large shake. Kept trying g to charge us for other things. Then he was rude about it and yelled our total at us. Then after we paid and waited the girl who came up to our window wasn’t even nice either. She just grabbed the shakes and just went here. We didn’t give a tip. When I say it’s bad I mean that was bad. Very rude AF. But in the end the shakes were good lol.

Night crew is extremely rude, and yelled at me for literally no reason. It was 11PM i jist got off of work and i get everybody is tired, but that was very unprofessional. Will not give my business to this location at any cost now.

Its always good. The service is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! I do wish their fries didn’t taste stale. But then again I domt go for the fries. Absolutely love happy hr half off for drinks and love their toasters! Wish the chili,frito,burrito was a set menu item Absolutes love those!!! Just hate that they jam-pack the ice in the drinks. Like I wanna taste my drink not 3 sips and its all ice. Other than that its good:)

Went to get lunch around 10:30 a.m. I watched other cars that came after me get what they ordered. Called the attendant to check the status of my order and was told it was coming out. Another 30 minutes went by and I still haven’t received my food while even more cars came after me and got what they ordered. My total wait time was 1 hour when I finally asked for a refund and left with no food.
