This Pieology is in the Walmart shopping center, next to Popeyes Chicken with plenty of parking, serves pizza pies @$10.95 self customized prepared in front of you in a Subway manner. Fresh ingredients and plenty to choose from. Orders are prepared pretty fast. Shout out to our server Chelsea S. who was very helpful with the menu and process. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating. You can also order online and pick up your pies, we dined in and enjoyed our food fresh out of the oven. Overall we had a good experience at this location.

Bad service! I agree that they take long time to provide service. I even thought that the person at the front taking the the orders did not like me because I was totally ignored for some time after this person had finished taking the order ahead of me. Additionally, they often lack ingredients and when I ask them about the content of the ingredients they did not know. On top of this, they did not care to add the dressing after the pizza was cooked. It is like If I do not say anything, they do not bother to provide the service they should. Like they want to cheat customers. I’m sorry because this seems to be a good concept but it gives me the impression that the personnel do not really care for the good of the customers and ultimately for the good of the business. I will not visit this store for a long long time.

My daughter and I decided to hang out and eat since we hadn’t seen each other for a couple months. We both decided to eat at Piology my favorite place (In Riverside) We get there and all I heard was a voice saying “We only accept cash at this moment” it was a female coming from the back. We were in line waiting for about 20+ minutes. Another female comes out from the back and started talking to the other female showing her around. I saw her badge and it was a manager. We never heard a ” we will be right with you or anything. They both went to the back and we waited another 5 minutes, so we decided to walk out. We went next door to waba grill much friendlier place, greeted as soon as we walked in and took out order within. Piology here in Perris has gotten a lot worse. It all starts with management

Food server had an attitude. Didn’t like his overall appeal. Felt like he was burdened by my presence so I left the establishment. Was asking about gluten-free crust and vegan cheese and hedges. Seem like he had such a rotten attitude. Seems like to me people with food allergies is a problem for this particular person?

Bad service and poor attitude! I get to the store front, and there’s nobody at the front. I wait 20 minutes, joined by 4 other customers… still nobody comes up front. We try to phone in… answering machine. All the while, all staff are at rhe back talking, laughing and listening to music. I walk to the back and knock the door. A staff member come out agitated, claims that was a ” safety issue” and declines to serve me. Avoid this place!

I drive all the way from nuevo to pick up pizzas. A 18min drive back and forth and when I got home….no sauces on the pizzas as stated. I was super nice to the staff but when I called a woman picked up the phone and didn’t want to help me at all and was rude. I explained to her that since the pizzas were missing the sauces that the pizza wasn’t complete. She said if I wanted to drive 18 mins for the sauce she would give to me for free. Wow. 18 mins for missing sauces that should have been on the pizzas. I asked her I could at least get a discount for next time but she said no since I had the pizzas already. I work in customer service everyday being understanding to customers so being treated like I’m either lying or that my issues isn’t even an issue left me feeling like I should never go back.
