I will say this, Domino’s really needs to put some effort into their product I really dont know how they’ve stay in business all these years when I feel that it has only gone down hill from when I was a kid. Now I felt the need to try Domino’s as I wanted pizza & it was close to where I was at the time, big mistake. Not only did it cost me $$$$ ( yes all $ needed as I have a huge family to feed ) which was double what I’ve ever paid for pizza at ANY other place we get it from, it was dry & chewy in some spots yet barely cooked on other spots. Nothing special to our orders simple off the menu pizzas! The only reason I gave it a 3 star VS 1 star is do to the person behind the counter. Kind very polite went over everything before he placed the order more then once pizzas where made just as ordered, taste quality was the down fall. I do believe the only reason Domino’s is still in business is to give jobs to very kind hearted men & women as I know it’s NOT the food! So to the person behind the counter taking orders you & you alone raised the star rating, the world needs more like you who take pride in their work even when they are provided with the worst qualities to do it with.

First of all, I used to work there and left because one of the managers, paul, talked down to me and wouldn’t leave me alone. But I had put that behind me and ordered a pasta bread bowl with chicken, mushrooms and black olives and a diet coke. When I got to the pickup window paul shoved the box in my hand and shut the window. I honked and stayed out there for several minutes because he refused to give me my drink that I paid for. When I got home there was no chicken in my food. I understand some people are just not mature. But my money is as green as everyone else’s. This behavior is unacceptable. I’m currently seeking the owner’s information.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich only thing cooked was the bread and it was as hard as a rock. Also got an order of cinnamon bread twist and no icing came with it. If I’m gonna pay for it I’d like to get what I ordered and If I gotta check my order I’ll make it myself. Not really pleased with this experience

The pizza we ordered was go greasy we couldn’t even eat it. The entire box was literally nothing but grease to where it was leaking out of the box and I’m not exaggerating. The crust on the pizza was mush, and grease dropped all over the place. Alfredo was over cooked and noodles were burnt, and the wings were pretty greasy as well but not anywhere near as bad as the pizza. Brought this up to some friends and they have experienced the same thing, we will be joining them in not ordering from here again.

These low grade idiots made my pizza wrong and told me it was my fault. They refused to remake it and told me I can’t have my money back. After speaking with the mgr they agreed to remake it. But never put it in the over. Which I didn’t know until 25 min later. These are the worst people I ever dealt with. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Called to place an order on our way to Crockett sat on hold for 25 minutes before we hung up. Placed our order online on the way to the store. Waited till our order was supposed to be ready walked in and still not finished cooking they said. Stood in the store for another 25 minutes waiting before I spoke up and asked about it. The whole time watching a very mismanaged group employees. Pizza backing up in oven on top of one another and having to be remade. Finally asked again about my order and they had my wings but had not made my pizza. A friend next to us had waited over an hour after they placed order online and pre paid. They might as well shut this one down.

Cold pizza as always and not enough toppings. Pizza deliverers after an hour and they can’t even call to inform they don’t have many delivery drivers. And when you call to cancel, they won’t cancel and offers to some drinks and other things to satisfy you.
