Went at 9:15 this morning to grab my husband a black coffee with sugar. The girl working the drive through kept her mic on so I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the people inside. It was the people inside. I ordered large black coffee with sugar. She charged me almost $5! (I was thinking like my husband is crazy inflation sure is ridiculous ) but when she handed me my drink it was an iced coffee. I said no I didn’t want an iced coffee and told her a large black hot coffee with sugar. She made the same drink again she just tried to hand me! ♀️I said no. Then she asked if I wanted it hot. Yes. So I got my hot coffee. No sugar. I asked for a price readjustment. I mean I wasn’t paying $5 for a maybe $3 coffee. The manager I’m guessing asked what was going on. I said is this coffee and that iced one the same price? (The line is already long behind me and took me 20 minutes to get up there). The girl was flustered and there was attitude as she said she didn’t specify. I get that. But ask hot or iced then if you don’t know. Don’t get upset and then I didn’t get my price adjustment. I tried handing her the change to even the drawer back out and then get my $5 and subtract from that. It’s not hard math. Every time we go here I regret it. The manager did offer me the iced coffee but I told her to just pass it to someone else. I don’t drink it. So I walked away with a plain black unsweet coffee. My husband better enjoy it. Better customer service training and fix that speaker or turn it up.

Our family has been going here for years. This place needs a entire refresh of staff and management. Every visit seems to worsen in quality of service. Today’s order (inside) was two iced coffees and two donuts. Took 15 mins to fill order only after questioning if any of the chatty employees were working on my order. Was told the kiosk wasn’t printing orders…they why allow kiosk orders if you knew this? The only person I observed actually working was in back on food. She also seemed genuinely concerned about my order taking so long. I appreciated that.

How has this place not been shut down by corporate. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Look, it’s fast food, so I lowered my expectations. I would have been satisfied with the basics, like not acting like I interrupted the staff’s whole day with the inconvenience of making a coffee with cream. Not only did I feel like I was asking for the coffee for free or something, but they didn’t add or provide cream. How does a donut and coffee shop screw up a medium coffee with cream for an order placed on a mobile app? It’s not like they couldn’t understand me because I didn’t speak clearly? I didn’t even complain or ask for the cream, I just got out of there because of the attitude of literally everyone behind the counter. Guess I just won’t be back, which is obviously of no concern to Dunkin’ Donuts corporate. They don’t even bother with reputation damage control by simply replying to reviews, even with some boilerplate nonsense response. They just straight up ignore the reviews and let the store owners drag their brand. I guess that’s just how things are these days, which is a shame.

Is there a way to give no stars? I live minutes from this branch and want to travel further just to go to another store that I know will make my order right. I order a latte and get an iced coffee, the food is cold when I get it, the staff talks about anything as if customers can’t hear them. Everyone makes my drink here differently and there is no professionalism. It used to take me 10 minutes in the drive through with no line to get my one drink here. Please get it together, I thought I was the one off but after reading other reviews that’s not the case.

This particular branch is a hot mess. I’ve ordered the same thing twice this week, and both times was given a half-empty lukewarm drink. This last time, my husband ordered and picked up..my drink was supposed to be a hot Peppermint Mocha latte..first they gave him an iced drink (x2..they gave him three drinks instead of the two he ordered) instead of hot, and when they remade it, it has neither Peppermint nor mocha. It’s almost ok that it’s a half empty cup, because it’s pretty gross. And at least half the time, their blender is broken, so Frozen coffees aren’t available. If I didn’t literally live around the corner, I’d never go here. I’m posting a photo of the 2 empty cups. This place needs new management, or an owner who cares, or something.

They so comfortably mess up every single order. We ordered here 4 times and not even once did we receive the correct order. Our coffee never tasted good, either the flavor swirls are missing or the espresso shots itself. Pretty bad service. Ohh, the staff doesn’t even know the difference between vanilla and chocolate frosted donuts. Pathetic.

Today’s trip to sum it up awful! Regina the cashier must have been having a bad day or doesn’t belong in front! She took my order with eye rolls. Then I get my order and the coffee was not made as asked. Regina proceeded to tell me I did not ask for what I did order. Then after I repeated it for the third time, she just gives attitude “ok ma’am here you go”, walking away with more eye rolls and proceeding to say she can’t take it today to the rest of the staff. Food was sloppy and hash browns soggy and burnt. Better service and food made to order elsewhere. This place is not recommended at all!

Unfortunately have had the worst experiences here with quality of drinks. I get an iced coffee, and somehow my basic order has been wrong more times than right over the past couple months. Issues have ranged from coffee tasting flat and watered down, to forgetting the flavored syrup, to not having the right amount of syrup added, to literally pouring hot coffee over ice and trying to pass it out the window because they ran out of iced coffee one afternoon. I’ve made myself stop wasting money here after giving it repeated chances. Someone please help this dunkin not suck so bad

Went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. They told me to pull around, like they had my order. Great. Tried to hand me someone else’s order. Then when I told them what I ordered, they disappeared for 5 mins to come back and tell me one of the things I ordered wasn’t available. It was expensive but no manager available to make the money right. The guy working was clueless, one girl just kept laughing about how they had no idea what I ordered. Frozen drink came out first, was melted before the 20 mins it took to try to grab the rest. Incorrect donuts in the box. Such a mess and made me late to where I was headed. No apology. Nothing.
