Kid working there had earbuds in his ears and didn’t care at all about making the sandwich. His attitude was terrible and he made me wait two minutes before he Even started taking my order. He didn’t politely tell me to wait and then play with his phone. e was so distracted by his phone that he didn’t even notice I was there. The sandwich was inedible after the sandwich artist decided to go Picasso on me. Booo. I deserve a new sandwich made by the Thomas kincade of sandwich artists.

Food poisoning for sure. They act like they don’t understand you or can’t hear you because they’re making your food wrong. Decide to toast it even if you don’t want it toasted but you can’t complain or say anything because they just don’t care and all stand around and look at each other. I’m guessing the five star review was from the owner or an employee. Yes you should get paid more but you should also have people on staff that care what there doing and not all look at the child at the cash register to translate then he just stares off into space.

2nd shift, I went in an hour before close. Employee could barely understand me, while I can excuse a language barrier, he made my wrap with the wrong amount of ingredients, I make the same order every time at subway so I’m familiar with the ingredients and quantity. My experience and research shows that a wrap should have double the meat quantity of a 6inch, and as much cheese and veggies as a 6inch. The product I received however had too much of one meat and less than half the correct amount of the other two meats. Cheese and veggies were fine.

We go here a few times a month and are very pleased with the speed and accuracy of our orders. Not sure what others are upset about. Perhaps they have very precise needs. We, on the other hand, don’t have a preference on how the tomato and meat are spaced on the sandwich and don’t give it any attention as long as we can pick it up cleanly. We also don’t do a lot of sauce. Perhaps that’s an issue as well. We are very happy with the service and cleanliness of this location.

The staff was super nice, and the woman who helped me did a really good job on my sandwich. The store was nice and quiet, and very clean. And the music was a classic rock radio station. It was quite lovely! The woman who helped me lent me a charger which was super nice of her! Def stopping here again next time I need lunch in this area!

The absolute worst subway I have ever gone to! Honestly one star is too generous, been to this location many times and it is never a good experience. It is understaffed and seemingly no management it’s completely run by teenagers who couldn’t care less about their job. I work in the area so it nice to walk there for a lunch but honestly it’s worth it to drive somewhere else or go to potbelly 1 block over. Just not worth going here again.

I ordered my lunch ahead today as I knew I would not have time to order when I got there as I am busy (like most people). Bread was dry, not toasted as requested, I requested cheese and there was no cheese.I requested pickles there are no pickles. There is only pepperoni on the sandwich when there should be salami too (or so I thought as I normally order the spicy Italian). I requested mustard and there is none. None of the seasonings I asked for and its really disappointing. I made the mistake of ordering from the app and this store. Waste of money. I tried to call the store but apparently their voicemail is full. Also customer service is useless. The situation can only be rectified in store only and if you can’ t do that then you have no other options.

three times this month I have driven my brother there through the snow and ice to get him a meatball sub, each time: “we won’t have meatballs for a half hour” with no sympathy. tonight was no different, no meatballs, slow service, the cashier didn’t make mine “meals” and charged me extra and tried to get away with it by “not understanding me” and the mayo and ham I got was most definitely expired because I have never tasted a more disgusting sandwich.. tried ordering ahead, they claimed not to even have my order until i made them actually look at their computer and do their job and, oh weird, it was there the whole time. this place has gone downhill and they don’t seem to care about the food or the customer. i was embarrassed for them tonight.

Visited on 7/15 at around 7p. Waited in line a few minutes as employee was helping another customer. Wife and I were the only ones waiting until a large crowd of people arrived behind us moments later. Once employee went to help us we mentioned we had a request for six sandwiches and he declined to make us our order because he didn’t have enough bread to provide the long crowd. I mentioned we were there first and had waited and wasn’t our fault more people came in. He didn’t want to make more bread so we left. He didn’t have have a name tag that I noticed but he had a bandana on his head and facial hair, he stressed he was the only one working at that moment.
