kinda a hit or miss. The curly fries were cold and old, and the fish strips were suggested because the fish sandwich was not available. strips were very good. The staff that served me was very good, personality, and nice he even showed acknowledgment to a coworker for doing a good job for the day.

One of the best Arby’s I’ve been in. Great service. April was awesome helping me to decide exactly which milkshake to go with. Very polite and courteous young lady who while small in stature, was big in customer service. The establishment was very clean including the restroom. All and all an awesome experience. You can count on this Arby’s for a great dining experience.

I went to the drive thru. The employee at the window was very nice and all of my food was correct. The roast beef combo that I ate was delicious with the curly fries. My child always gets the chicken strips combo with curly fries. He said that his food was good also.

With increasing food costs, if I am going to spend nearly $40 on food for my family, I expect it to be fresh and hot at the bare minimum. Absolutely nothing in our bag was hot at all, and much of it wasn’t even remotely warm. No receipt was provided and one of the two orders of fries wasn’t in our bag. I went directly to the counter from the drive through, just to have the girl tell me I didn’t order them or pay for them. Without a receipt in my bag I didn’t have any reason to argue with her, so I just left. If you care more about an order of fries than losing a customer, than so be it. You got the meats, but you lost a customer.

I stopped at the drive through and they told me to pull over and wait. 15 minutes later with an empty parking lot I walk in they gave my food to another customer and were laying around on the counter there phones all this and my food sucked when I did get it. I got the burger it had so much sauce the bun fell apart

I went to drive thru so I can’t rate the atmosphere but they told me they didn’t have what they were advertising on the board (I had never been there so I wasn’t really sure what I wanted being they didn’t have what I knew I wanted) I got to the window and the guy went to take my money I said are yall seriously out of something u are advertising he said no ma’am not really it just takes 2 hours to thaw it out. hence my rating. I have no real reason to return there.. and I went back once more no one ever came to the window. so I drove off
