I visited this location on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Unfortunately I will not revisit in the future. I ordered a large midnight roast coffee and the pepper bacon croissant sandwich. The coffee was not what I had ordered. It did not have the distinguished taste of the midnight roast coffee I ordered. The croissant sandwich looked disgusting. Both were trashed. I’ve ordered the same from other Dunkin Donuts. Never have I been given a sandwich that looked like the one I got today. Waste of money.

I did a mobile order, and unfortunately they were out of two items that were on display on the app. The young ladies at this location informed me of this and one of them accommodated me by making a drink that she loves and it was SO GOOD!!! I would say that this Dunkin is the best hands down!!! Thank you ladies!!

This place was managed great over the last 20 years but in the last 2.5 years, this Dunkin has turned into a dump. They are not staffed properly (Management & down), the orders always take up to 10 minutes in line whether you go inside and empty lobby or in the drive-thru with one car ahead, even worse the beverages are always made incorrectly. I’m surprised they are even still open. I waited so long today I could see the wall splash guard at one of the work stations and it was filthy. Needless to say, but needing to be said…I’m never going back.

My goodness. Talk about awful. The level of carelessness and lack of customer service is appalling. They messed up my order and I returned to get my correct order. The employee were busy playing around. I asked to speak with a manager. The manger came out with a whole attitude. I asked for my money back. She threw the money at me and slammed the window while the employees laughed. Pleased avoid this place.

So Simple
Horrible employees…they don’t listen to your order. Everytime I go there, I ask for my sandwich to be toasted with butter…they never listen. And I have to talk very slow for them to catch on. Mind you…if you go to other Dunkin locations they listen just fine. Who hires these people…? Get our order’s correct…that’s all we ask. Plus the croissants be burnt, hard and crispy….If I go to the next location my sandwich be well cooked, slightly toasted and and added butter. Make customers food with more respect! That’s all I’m saying.
