I don’t know what’s going on with this place. It’s going down hill more and more each time I come. It used to be a good food stop, but now the service is terrible. Last time I ordered a grilled double cheese burger added bacon, tomato, and mayo with no ketchup. I was given a regular one patty cheeseburger with ketchup… no bacon no tomato nor mayo. I brought it back and the manager Jay Malone fixed it. (I will say he was nice and fixed it fine). However I came back again today and paid for my food and drinks and one of my drinks did not come out with my food. I told the carhop and showed her where I paid for it on the receipt. She said ok. 10 minutes later no drink still. I pushed the button and told them and they said ok. 10 more minutes went by…. No drink still. I pushed the button again they ignored me but finally brought my drink (the strawberry slush float) 5 minutes later asking did I forget to get my drink. I did NOT forget my drink. Clearly I’ve been sitting here waiting on it because y’all forgot it. I understand mistakes happen, but it shouldn’t have took 25 minutes for me to get my drink and the staff should have been more concerned and accommodating since it was their mistake and not mine. That’s ridiculous. I’m not sure who the manager was today, but that’s terrible service. They also don’t even cover the “sauced” popcorn chicken fully with the sauce anymore (like the menu board shows). They just drizzle it on top . That’s not what sauced means.

Me and my party were having a large amount of trouble getting our order. We would get the wrong food and had a huge wait along with it; however, Austin Carrll, one of the workers there, went above and beyond to make sure we got our proper food in a timely manor. He was polite and courteous and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Cannot rate the man highly enough.

Service is absolutely terrible. I have just come to the conclusion that I’d rather go elsewhere because almost every time there is an issue surrounding service and how long it takes to get orders out. This last time after 30 minutes I asked for a refund. It took them another 30 minutes to get that. Then the girl had the audacity to come out and say we finally found your order and ask me if I wanted my order or my money. I told them several times what the order was and even asked if they wanted me to give them the ticket number. I told her honestly after as long as I waited they should’ve walked out with both but I asked for my money. So not only did I end up with no food…I ran gas out of my car for over an hour for no reason at all. Never again.

Usually a decent experience. This day, location was ridiculously busy and notably under-staffed. I was determined to get my strawberry shake. , it was not ment to be. I waited for what seemed like forever. Never got my order. I would leave there disappointed.

I service was good. But I order a chicken tender box and when I got my food my toast had hair on it then when sent it back they give me another but no onion rings I get my onion rings and I go home and it now I just in the bed drinking my slush and then i take off the top to mix the slush and it’s hair in it too.

If you don’t have enough staff, CLOSE YOUR STORE. I should not have to wait 30 minutes to get fast food at Sonic. You don’t pay your workers enough so you don’t have them. That’s not my fault nor my problem. But when I push the button and it takes a solid five minutes for anyone to answer, that should tell you that you’re not running your location correctly.

Our order was completely wrong. When it first appeared on the screen it was totally wrong but was changed to what we wanted. When it was brought to my car it was absolutely as wrong as it could be. We were on a time limit so we took it and left.

Extremely long wait time for just two sonic blasts and this was for a delivery order! And it wasn’t busy. When we pull up to the stall, we’re told it’s being prepared. After wait over 30 minutes, we check again and a woman with a horrible attitude says she “don’t see the order” a lie. And then preceeded to say that they’re about to close with more attitude. (its 20 minutes till) So we completely wasted time just sitting there for nothing.
