Rude and incompetent staff… food is thrown together and overcooked with no flavor. Fried foods are stale and taste old. Food is put together sloppy. The hamburgers are always soggy and the lettuce/tomatoes/onions are not fresh.

I bought a small blizzard and was given a mini and when I brought it to her attention, she said “well it is already fixed”. I said I wanted what I paid for so she gave me the small, was rude and would not give my change or a receipt. Very dishonest.

I have a subtle Hispanic accent and they made me repeat my order just as a clear sign of disrespect… I asked for a large meal and not only it took long they placed my burger with ten fries on a dine-in tray… the lid on my large drink didn’t fit and refused to change it for a medium with out me paying for another drink. Wouldn’t recommend I’ll be never coming back honestly it’s a shame for all DQ restaurants

Kind of rude but food was right and hot waited about 20min. To get 2burger meals. No Sr discount because the owner wouldn’t let them. No recept given no smiles in the work area staff was more interested in each other’s problems then customers needs had to wait for refill till after they had their personal problems discussed. But food was good and made right.

We bought 2 burrito deluxe and a 4 piece steak finger basket last night and we told them to add extra cheese on or burritos. They charged us but we didn’t have no cheese. Then we go back today and ordered 2 8 pieces of the steak finger basket and didn’t even get the toast. The fries were old. We will not be going back ever again.

They serve the worst food ever. They’re chicken strips tasted like they weren’t all the way done their french fries are always cold. They warned my mom’s hamburger and a microwave didn’t even give her a fresh hamburger or anything. They’re very disgusting compared to what they used to be like it’s like they don’t care

I cannot believe how many fries are in my medium order. I only have 16 french fries and I specifically asked for ketchup and I received none and as well when they brought my food to me after waiting a total of 30 minutes from beginning to end, there were no napkins in the bag! I guess fast food isn’t very fast anymore… Oh and before someone makes an excuse for them, there were only three vehicles in front of me when I pulled up to the drive-thru.
