Good was very fresh but what kind of tenders are these? The bread was and not buttered… my royal oreo blizzard was nasty. the chocolate was like old or something but food was hot i’ll give y’all that. fries were 10/10. everything else hard no!

Went here for free cone day yesterday. They ran a tight ship! Heard multiple different order interactions in front of me at the drive-thru and all of them were polite, cheerful, effective, and most of all FAST! They also had, what I thought, was a wonderful policy for the free cones: asking a 25-cent donation to their children’s program per free cone. Easy to accommodate, and made the free cone that much tastier.

Relatively new owner is a longtime employee who bought the business. I was not happy with the food the first 2 times I visited. I finally stopped by the other day and spoke with her about the change in quality of food. She is a dear woman who appreciated my feedback and told me she had to let go of a couple of employees for that reason

I stopped here on my way home from work to get dinner and a blizzard first and foremost they made me the best Hawaiian blizzard and Honey BBQ chicken, I was offered a discount because I was in a work vehicle that was really nice and it made my business feel appreciated all the workers are super friendly and so nice they really did make my entire day!! If I could give Dairy Queen a zero, I would. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received today. 10/14/20. I waited in line for 10 minutes behind a car, and when I pulled up to the speaker, the worker took my order. I pulled around to the window and waited another 10 minutes for the car in front of me, to receive their food. When I pulled up to the window, I waited for another 8 minutes, only for the worker to come to the window and read off an order that was not mine. When I told him what I ordered, he replied, “I don’t have that order.” I mentioned that he took my order at the speaker. He replied, “I didn’t take that order. I’m here by myself.” Okay, I can understand that sir. Are you going to take my order? He said, “NO, you’re going to have to drive around and get back in line.” WOW, really? After I’ve already been in line for 30 minutes. No thank you. I won’t be back, EVER. It’s sad because this location is close to my home, but based on this encounter, I won’t ever be back, unless a major effort was made to correct this wrong.

Came by a year ago during the height of the covid pandemic and they were closed to indoor dining, which made perfect sense even though I was disappointed. I totally respect that was appropriate for the time. Made the trip today-well out of my way-because I was craving DQ. It was still closed to indoor dining. My problem was I wasn’t driving and so couldn’t use the drivethru. I peered into the window and the dining room was a hot mess. It looked like a messy stock room, stuff everywhere. You couldn’t have customers in there if you wanted too. Walking to DQ and getting myself a treat was one of the true joys of my childhood, which of course isn’t available to kids in this neighborhood now. Thinking it over I realize I don’t need the calories, so I’m over it. I can get good ice cream and food in any number of places, but if I were the owner I think I would want to try to get future customers used to spending money in my restaurant, rather than just assuming it will be closed to them. Maybe try a walk-up window? I honestly hope you can work it out.
