Burger King Hermiston OR. Definitely on the better side of the fast food options. Just a quick lunch, but I was surprised. The closest burger to the photos you see on the menu, so I thought I would share my pic. I will admit this is not always the case. But it was a very good burger.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in Hermiston. This burger king location has gone downhill. The last time I recently went, I had racist employees giving my family and I dirty looks because we weren’t speaking english and talking about us, thinking we didn’t understand when we in fact do. They can’t do their job and just because they are miserable doesn’t mean they should take it out on us. I genuinely wish I had recorded this encounter, it would’ve easily gone viral because of how horrible the employees treated us and how horrible the food is at this location. Every time I’ve gone here, they ALWAYS forget an item and the food is cold. Avoid this place at all costs.

Walked into the lobby to order, no greeting, just stood there waiting. I also order 2 cookies he repeated it back to me but didn’t charge me for any or put it on the receipt. Talk about rude. Why are people working at fast food, if they can’t even get someone’s order correct. Food great, service needs severe improvement

I never write reviews but I’m very disappointed in the night crew, my family walked into the dinning room 3 hours before closing, as we walked in one of the girls was very loud and disrespectful to the staff, and she was well aware there was customers inside. After we ordered we went to get a table and every single one was filthy, my husband asked to get one cleaned and the night manager was annoyed, claiming they were about to close, when they had another 3 hours, then when an elderly couple came in, the manager took their order and wasn’t paying any attention to them, the manager was more worried about how many people where walking in. Burger King really needs to re-evaluate its employees and management, they are very disappointed and unprofessional

Very disappointed with this BK and probably won’t be coming back for a while. A couple months ago my family went through drive thru and tried to use a coupon for the Family Bundle meal. The lady on the speaker acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about and and acted like she couldn’t hear us. Repeated three times and she said she still couldn’t understand us. Got tired of repeating ourselves and we’re practically yelling that we had a coupon and asked if we could just order at the window. She snapped at us and very rudely said “Don’t yell at me!”. Then she refused to respond to us so we just pulled out. Usually I get the whopper meal and ask for no mayo and 9 times out of 10 they just cover it in mayo. Also the soda in their machines is always flat and they rarely ever change it. Just recently I went in and had to wait 10 minutes to be served. The dude at the register acted like he didn’t want to serve me. He kept getting my order wrong and I had to tell him five times before he got it right. I had asked for the whopper meal to go and they forgot to give me my fries but I didn’t realize until I got home. They really need to step up their service and quit hiring slackers.
