The past few months the service at this River Avenue Taco Bell has been terrible. Two weeks ago, the lady in charge of the drive-thru was just grouchy. I asked for Dr. Pepper, and she snapped with a bad attitude that they don’t have Dr. Pepper. Fine. Then they took my money, handed me my Pepsi and told me to park and they would bring my food. I politely asked for a straw. The woman snapped that it will be in my bag. I said I’d like one so I can sip while I wait. She repeated that it will be in my bag and she needs me to move out of the way. Then a guy came to the window and yelled at me to pull forward. So I pulled forward and waited 15 minutes for my food with no straw. I said I need a receipt. She sneered at me and said she’ll have to get someone to make a special trip back out here. Figuring everyone can have a bad day, I went back this afternoon to give it another try. Same woman. Same bad attitude. Same story with the receipt. I think they don’t want customers to call the number on the receipt to complain. This is the first time I’ve left a bad review anywhere. At least last time my food was hot. Today it was close to room temperature. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Tonight my order was short again. Many times my orders come up short and I almost always check it before I leave but I was in a rush to get home after work and it happened again where I was missing two burritos. Tired of paying for things that I’m not getting and feeling like it’s my fault for not checking my order every time. Not cool man , I just wanted my chicken burritos , now they are closed and I’m hungry.

I went through the drive through recently after having surgery and was unable to come inside to complete my order, I went through the drive through and kindly asked if I could have an ice water and was met with a rude employee over the intercom that rudely stated that she can give it to me this once, but that next time I need to come inside and get water. I went when there were no other cars in the drive thru as well so I’d just love to know when the policy of not being able to order water at the drive thru came into affect lol, your employees need to stop being lazy and stop treating people who are unable to come inside like this. It’s uncalled for.

Super awful customer service. They made us stand at the counter forever before someone finally came up and said kiosk orders only. Then it took forever to get the food and we were missing an item. I know good help is hard to find but come on, put up a sign at least so people arent standing around waiting for nothing.

If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé ate here today and he said the customer service was the worse he ever experienced! Workers yelling and getting snotty with customers are you kidding me… the second they walked in they were yelled at and told “order at the kiosk or no order” this was after they were already waiting for someone for 15 mins to take their order. Then his co-worker ordered an item that they were out of so he asked for refund and if they weren’t yelled to use the kiosk maybe they wouldn’t have had to refund him. My fiancé is pretty go with the flow and quiet. He usually doesn’t get angry about bad service but he said his experience was awful.
