I stopped in the drive thru to pick up something for lunch while I am at work and ordered a roast beef Gyro with extra sauce and 6 piece mozzarella sticks. When I got to work, the gyro was dripping in sauce and the wrap part was falling apart. No seasoning on the gyro either. I have never had any issues before and so this came as a surprise. Also, it didn’t taste like the gyro wrap had been heated. I warmed it up when I got to work cause I needed to eat.

My family and I went here and all of us said the music was too loud. It was impossible to talk to one another without feeling like we had to yell. We had to double check our order to make sure it was right because the guy behind the counter thought we ordered 2 more sandwiches than we asked for. Also, we thought the fries were less than what we have gotten at previous locations. The food came out fast for us and nothing was wrong with it. There was also a lady in there that was doing a great job on the floor keeping it clean but the tables were filthy.

Drive thru always makes it easy when kids and pets are with you. Special 2 for $7 daily special. Makes everyone happy. Then there is the expensive child, Wagyu burger! All was good! Curly fries are my downfall. Good value and all are happy.

Went through drive thru and waited literally 20 minutes before I could order. I was unable to get out of the line. After ordering, I still waited another 12 minutes. Was given my order but not asked if I wanted any sauce. I also had to clarify my order because the total didn’t sound correct. I was right. They had forgotten one of my sandwiches. Not once did the worker apologize for the wait or mistake. I drove away but stopped to check my order. Thank goodness I did as I only had 2 things correct in the bag. I went back in the restaurant and had to wait again even though no one was in front of me. I did receive a “sorry” then but not offered a future discount or a free apple pie or anything. Poor service and the food was cold when I got home. This has not always been the case at this Arby’s, but it sure was disappointing this time. It’ll be a bit before I go back!

The drive thru wait is almost always horrendous that you might as well bring a book along with you unless you are there during odd hours & lately the one on “J” St by Speedway has been totally out of the last 2 things I wanted during the normal dinner time rush, so I had to order something else, which I really didn’t want in the first place. About 2 months ago I went there for dinner, I didn’t check my bag I received from them cuz it was cold outside and my heater wasn’t working, got home and they forgot to give me my au jus for my over $7 philly cheese and “dip” which is in fact the “dip” part! I was NOT a happy camper as this is the part that makes it ohhh sooo good! Called the Mgr and got a free one about a month later, so at least they tried to make it right but those silly mistakes make customers not come back! That particular restaurant has always had a problem with service for the past 40 years & will probably never change. Idk why I keep going back. Lol Their meat hasn’t been real meat in who knows how long now and the prices are so expensive!!

The manager was very nice. Jacob at the register is high as a kite. Had to repeat our very simple order 3 times because hes spacing off and not paying attention. Once the order was up, we were missing a sandwich. Fries were cold. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully there’s another Arbys in town so I don’t have to bring my family back to this one.
