They were out of pot pies AGAIN, they didn’t have 10 piece nuggets but I could get 4, 8, or 10 piece…huh!!?? Then I ordered the 12 piece nuggets with mashed potatoes and gravy and asked if it came with a biscuit and I’m pretty sure she said yes…there was no biscuit and the nuggets were not very heat hot. I got my husband a 2 piece original recipe with mac and cheese. He got a very small wing and a thigh, he said it was super greasy but had steam rolling off of it but HE got a biscuit..I won’t go back.

I don’t know if I want to rate service low or food. I ordered the new nuggets 12 piece. Y we’re there only 9? The pieces were very small .for the price I was not happy. The cashier was pleasant but someone there couldn’t count but it wasn’t worth it to go back. Count b4 u leave

Chicken tasted awful. Tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil and had been sitting around for hours. Ate half of one piece and it left a greasy sticky film all over the inside of my mouth. Gross! Had to rinse my mouth out with water several times to get rid of it. Threw the whole meal straight in the trash. This restaurant had better review their process or they will never last in this economy.

The absolute worst customer service. I was the second in line in drive thru there was three car in the parking lot and the car in front of me took 5 minutes to get to order. Then when I got up there I was told wait please. I waited and over 9 minutes and then ordered on the app to speed up the process for to still not have my order done when I go inside. Then there was multiple people in front of me and also your online ordering app does not give you an option to remove any items like I personally don’t like the gravy so I went to go stand in line to tell them that and then, after standing in a line where nobody got help then I had to take whatever I was given in this bag, hoping that it’s correct and go back in the car because it has been a 30 minute ordeal. This is why I normally go to Popeyes, but they are currently closed at the moment. What a shame. I personally working to service and they could do better. Either shut your inside or shut your drive-through. If you don’t have enough people to work, I understand times are tough, but you should be able to accommodate to go orders through the drive-through speeds up your process. them. When’s she told me I would have to come inside for my order even tho I was doing her the favor. I dragged my 4 year old out in the pouring rain for them
