i worked at Donatos(different location) for almost 2 years and recently found a different job. I stopped in on my break and got a Hot Chicken Sub, being my favorite menu item. I wasn’t very happy when i opened my box to find 4 pieces of chicken spaced out on my bun. I’m just very unhappy i paid over $9 for this sub and also accepted giving them the tip i was prompted to give. I was eating more bread, ranch, and cheese than hot chicken… do better or lower your prices because this is ridiculous.

My wife bit into this large piece of plastic and hurt her mouth/tooth. We called and were asked repeatedly if we wanted to bring the pizza back for a new one. My wife, reasonably upset, began to yell. We were then hung up on by the worker. This is totally unacceptable.

The wife and I ordered a pizza with a salad and sub for delivery a few weeks ago from this Lebanon location. We received one salad and sub but no pizza. We called the restaurant and we were told “you have two options, pick up the pizza or we can refund the pizza tomorrow.” I didn’t feel like those were viable options so I demanded they send us the pizza they forgot as I was told it was sitting on the warmer and we paid for delivery. We had to call donatos in Columbus, they made a call to the store and were also treated badly. We did get reimbursed for the food with absolutely no help from this store.

Ordered online. Order was about $45 I tried to pay with$100 dollar bill and they said they couldn’t take it because they didn’t have enough money in their drawer. Having less than $50 in your drawer as a business is ridiculous. Good is great as always but service to the customer is ridiculous.

I’m happy to note that the management of this location has really turned customer service around. An employee I initially had trouble with, “THE MEAN ONE”” is gone. Actually that employee was replaced even. Great service & great food!

How do you let someone place an order did 30min before it’s actually ready to be picked up, and then make them wait those extra 30min without ordering a partial refund or something similar? Rheyrw response was “we’d have to issue everyone a refund tonight” well how about you shave everyone’s orders with the correct pickup time instead of making them all wait an extra 30min at your store? Got hungup on when I tried to explain that. Awful service

Ordered two thin crust pizzas, the crusts were not cooked, they were doughy, gritty and really no flavor. Tried to reheat them in the oven the next day. 400 degrees for 10 minutes, thinking that would likely cook the crust, but instead it just made it more doughy. This place used to be pretty good. But the last couple of times have been awful.

What did you do to your Mariachi Beef pizza? Ingredients (sauce is different, tomatoes are different, beef is different) are horrible and very sparse. Paying much more for an inferior product. Will NOT be back!!!! We have been customers since your store opened. NOT ANYMORE!!!

This place is hidden from the road, as is everything in that Plaza location. Ownership should cut down all the OVERGROWN bushes and related. That is a shame as they have great pizza.
