Great food with great service! I was greeted in a friendly manner. I ordered the plate with Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken, White Rice, and a medium Drink for Dine In. The food was hot and fresh. The servings were plentiful and fulfilling. The lobby was clean as well as the drink station. Before I left, there was an employee cleaning the lobby as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a quick bite to eat with great service!

Don’t go to this Panda Express location if you can avoid it. Out of 6 entrees ordered, it provided the wrong entree in 4 cases. Also, the food quality was mediocre at best.

I live nearby so I’ve been here enough times to note patterns rather than having a single bad experience, which can happen about anywhere. I’ve never had a bad experience with the quality of food. My issues have been 1. The drive thru is closed often, usually blocked with a sign but I pulled through once, only to be told at the window that drive thru was closed. 2. Frequently there’s at least one item they don’t have ready so they ask me to park and come in or wait and drive thru again in a few mins. 3. I make sure to check my order before I drive away to make sure I got everything. This seems to be an increasing problem with many drive throughs these days but some are worse than others. 4. Not actually listening to what I ordered. Again this seems to be an increasing problem. Sometimes the missing items is from lack of listening. Once I pulled thru again because I was missing a drink, to be told I didn’t order that. I was like we had a whole conversation about this drink. You confirmed because you weren’t sure if you heard correctly and apparently you still dissent punch I in. Anyway, I’m going through drive-through for a second time because food wasn’t ready. I hope everything is in the order that is supposed to be.

Everytime I come here I love the employees but this place is falling apart. Menu is missing, no lights on the menu to read it. The owner should take better care of the place, there is always something their out of or you can’t order cause your waiting and no one answers. I’m leaving with no food, last time I got old food

I went through drive thru a few days ago when a dust storm was coming through. As I pulled up to the box to order, a whole bunch of tree debris started blowing and I rolled up my window just in time before a branch from the tree next to it came down and hit the side of my window. I sat there and waited for all the wind and debris to settle down but it didn’t. So I drove up to the window to explain the situation and order from the window. The manager told me that I wasn’t allowed to order from the window and that I would have to drive around to the box again. Even after I tried to explain the situation. She didn’t care. She was so rude that even my 9 year old son asked me why she was so mean. I ended up driving away and not ordering. That manager has zero empathy and did not even care about what happened. So it was a learning lesson for my son and I to have a discussion about what makes a good manager and a bad manager. I will not be back to this location.

I would give negative stars if possible. I spent over 50 dollars on food for my family at 8 pm – my husband picked up at 8:30 & brought back to our hotel. Both sides and 2 entrees from my bigger plate portion was missing. I called right away to let them know , and they just ignored my several calls…I also requested untensils (as we are staying at a hotel) and they gave none. My husband told me when he walked in they seemed to be cleaning up… which is fine ….unless you decide to close before closing time and don’t have a manager to hold you accountable or make sure people got what they paid for.
