I USED to drive all the way across town just to get a cherry flavored Sprite Zero from this location. Unfortunately they no longer put much flavor even when you pay for extra cherry syrup AND leave a tip. Even told the guy the drink was not red enough for extra cherry flavor. To which he replied “I put an extra pump in myself.” I told him “if you are changing your product then I won’t be back.” When I started to drive off only then did he come out with extra syrup. I went back a few times just to see if that particular guy wasn’t making them right that one time and what do you know, they still serving light pink drinks even when you order double cherry. I CAN’T BELIEVE PEOPLE EXPECT A TIP BEFORE FOOD AND SERVICE IS GIVEN AND YOU DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH DELIVERING A CONSISTENT PRODUCT. What a rip off. Even contacted Corporate online and the only response I got was they would get back to me after a review. Never heard anything. Tried posting pics here but it wouldn’t let me.

Missing double cheeseburger from order. Ordered through grubhub. 2 cheeseburgers 2 tots 2 drinks 1 snack. Husband had good attitude about but I wanted to bring attention to the fact that a mgr needs to be aware and follow up with the employees.

Was excited they have the fish sandwich back.Was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I got home and 0pened it up. I requested extra tartar add onions. Hardly any tartar and only a piece or two of chopped onions. The fish tasted like it had been refried in old grease and the bun was tough and over toasted. Worst sandwich ever.Cook keep in mind to fix the customer food the way you would want yours fixed. Prices are too high to be paying for something not worth eating.

Praying for the return of the Churro Shake…that is the best shake I’ve ever had there…so good. Don’t understand why the best things seem to always be the ones that are available for a limited time…not just that way with Sonic tho

I went to get breakfast this morning before work. I went in plenty of time and only ordered 2 meals. I didn’t get one thing right with my order. I asked for marinara and it was taking forever to just get that so I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late to work.

My friend ordered cheese tots and a burger to not get the tots and get a literal breakfast sandwhich instead. After waiting for it to be corrected for 30 minutes we just left. Today the ice cream machine was broken and the drink I ordered was completely wrong and leaking everywhere. The server acknowledged the leak and just handed it over with no napkins and left. I’m not sure what the deal is with this location. The last several times I’ve gone and ordered here it’s taken over 30 minutes to get my order (never more than 3 items), even with only myself as a waiting customer. The customer service is also not great. I’ve never complained directly to an employee, or made any remarks in reference – just thanked them and even tipped. However, they’re always short, seemingly annoyed and just generally not helpful. This review is simply to offer my recent experience with this location and possibly save others some time. Maybe I’ve just gone on a few “bad days.”
