I ordered a pizza melt, cheese sticks and boneless wings. The delivery driver arrived on time per what the website said and was kind. The food was fresh and hot as it should be. I had a different experience at this location a few years back, so I am glad to see that things have changed. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a family pasta and Cinnabons and Cinnabons had no icing and my family pasta had one bowl that had like 10 noodles in it. I called to get it fixed they were rude and the manager at the time she was rude and didn’t want to fix her mistake then argued with me about it. I explained if I’m paying 18 bucks for two family pastas I expect to get enough to feed my family. I was only trying to get one replaced. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and I ordered it with half onions and steak and the other half just steak no onions or green peppers the sauce was amazing actually the whole pizza was amazing but the service was great too I was having problems with the app and the girl on the phone helped me quick and easily and she was polite I would have to say it’s probably the best service I’ve gotten from this Pizza Hut in years so thank you Pizza Hut for your great service!

Order was half an hour late. Delivery guy forgot our 2 liter, and got bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. He had to come back twice after delivering the pizza.

Would give a 0 if I could. Ordered at 6:10 pm and was called and was told they didn’t have the food for part of our order. So we chose something else and were told they would change the receipt. At 8 we received our food and the driver had to go back and get part of our order and when we checked it it wasn’t even our food. Called the store and was told they would make our food and send it out. An hour later it was coming out of the ovens and still had to wait another hour for it to be delivered. In the end never got our full order, paid 30$ for a medium pizza and waited three hours! Called and asked for a refund and no one knew how to do it was told to call the next day to get a refund. The next morning yet again no one knew how to do a refund! The lack of respect and overall knowledge how to do the job is absurd!

Wrong order, staff lied, new district manager is young and believes the young girls that were completely disrespectful. To say you are short staffed and continue to employ lying staff only shows your complete disrespect to the brand. When an employee acts in the manor at which we were treated only says ____ you to the owner and their coworkers, the customer has nothing invested. After two years of saying that you are short staffed, now becomes a crutch to allow bad behavior, as leaders you need to work with in your new staffing models and start holding staff accountable. To sustain or even grow, businesses need to create a new model of growth, in a inflation driven economy pizza is the best bang for a family.

Ordered pizza at 6pm. Was told it would be 90 minutes for delivery. At 745 I called was told my order was out for delivery. Called again at 8 pm was told it would be a couple more minutes. Still no pizza at 830 called again. Was told delivery driver could not find my address and had returned to the store. I explained in great detail how to find me and he said I will run it right out. Told him I didn’t want a pizza that had been out for over an hour. He then told he would make it fresh and deliver it to me. 930pm still no pizza and the store was closed. How do you run a business like that. Horrible customer service.
