Training needs to amended , stop cutting off the customer on the other end of the intercom until he/she confirms they are finished telling you the order . Frustration in the worker attitude makes a good situation and pleasant atmosphere not good… do BETTER.

This is where the local high school kids hang out, so depending on when you go, it could be packed.. it’s not practical to tell to order without being in a vehicle, and have your app orders ready cuz no help there.. Excellent food, and as fast as can be considering the turnover.. Support your local teenagers place!

Sonic employees, it is not difficult to take an order and get it right. I know you work hard but paying a pinch attention to detail is key to having better reviews. I asked for a half a cup of ice and an unsweet tea and a route 44 along with my meal. Look at the photo and tell me why this could not be accomplished. I tell my kids if you’re going to be a janitor be the best janitor you can be, I’m telling you as young adults if you’re going to work at sonic and not only get paid minimum wage or $10-$15 an hour plus tips please try a little harder to get customers orders right.

I did an app. Order the sign clearly says ‘ BE FIRST IN LINE EVERYTIME` I sat there for a hour for my order they went to car after car and never brought my order ,so I stopped one of the car hops and at the time it was a little over 30 minutes. She told me that my order was and would be coming out next. Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes had to push the order button and reiterated that I how long I had been there and that it was an order. They FINALLY got our order right at an hour mark! Oh btw it was a blast and a slushy SO NOT A HAPPY CAMPER it has happened several times bit this wait was WAY more than a slight wait

I ordered a #1 (single with K/M/cheese only) and they gave me the wrong thing (bacon, double, with mayo & tomato). Not a huge deal bc I hadn’t left yet, and they offered to get my order fixed. I waited and waited and waited, but it never came out. I finally ended up leaving without it, bc I had to get back to work… Basically I just paid $15 for a small milkshake, a cherry limeade, and some cheese sticks

Purchased a blast which only had toppings on top the rest was ice cream when i showed the employee he said no its just not blended completely. Blended nothing it was a cup of vanilla ice cream. He didnt offer to remake it actually stood there just looking at me. This is the worst sonic and the owner doesnt ever respond to complaints and obviously doesnt care.

Pushed button, never got a response. Stopped a car hop, placed an order, it showed up on screen. Showed order was on its way. 10 minutes later no order. Pushed red button and asked about order was told it was on its way. 10 more minutes no order. Left without getting order. About 30 minutes wasted. Never going back.
